The agent that I spoke to (Phoenicia Nichols) was really friendly and very honest. I can not believe how easy it was to get everything done. Also, I did not feel like I was being pressured into getting into anything I didnt want. They have the best customer service that Ive seen in a long time. Phoenicia Nichols does an amazing job everytime I have questions about my insurance and how to handle situations. She has quick and reasonable priced solutions. She’s always finding the best solution that accommodates me. Very friendly business. Great location. Usually gets you in & out. Work we’ll with you even if you’re nolonger in the city. I lived 1-2 hrs away and we have an Acceptance where I’m located & when I need to handle any insurance related situations. I’ll call Acceptance in Peoria,IL, been with them for about 3yrs now & been stuck since.

Saint Micius was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive and understanding with my hearing loss/being deaf and helped me solve any issues I had with not being able to pay my bill online. I appreciated the great service!!

I had to make a Google account just to do a review for this company. I have been with them for 8 months every month its been an issue when I call to make payment. 1st time didnt get roadside on policy 2nd time the guy put renters not roadside 3rd time he removed renters and did something else everytime its something Saint is his name and thats why you get 1 star or I would have 5 Star but way too many issues with this guy

Please dont make the mistake and go here. They sent a cancellation paper. So I went in an just canceled early. And they had me fill paper out and pay. Months later get mail from the insurance company through acceptence. Saying I owe more money. So I call and they say they never cancelled me. They just had me sign to take the people in my house hold off. I obviously went through a cancellation and paid 168 dollars. They are very disrespectful. Just go absolutely anywhere other then this place.

They are not cheap at all my bill goes up all the time, they are always telling you one thing then doing another and you end up paying for it even though it was there fault. I got my car towed and driving with no insurance when I started with them they told me I was ok to drive, not true I was pulled over next day showed police my insurance he said no its not showing you have insurance costs about 900$ to get my truck then my bill went up next month no help from them at all. I didnt even want to give them the 1 star but had to, to be able to write the review.

For the past 4 months when I call to find out how much my bill is the phone just rings and rings, I never receive a answer. So the representative gave me her personal cell # and she dont answer that either. Soo I end up lapsing and ITS THEIR FAULT!! I get charged the restatement fee they can never waive it. Its getting very old. Then when I call for other insurance quotes this lapse shows up and hurts my quotes! Other than all this bs the one representative is very friendly thats why I gave it 2 stars!
