Stay away is all I can say. Wanted to file the first claim on my house in the 25 years ive lived here, and they couldnt be bothered. Keep getting same old song and dance about how thats covered, but its not. Couldnt be bothered to even come out and look at damage. Its clearly stated in my policy, although, not so much because of the wording. Ended up making repairs myself and will be looking for new insurance. These people can kiss my ....
