Took my tv back for some defect which is covered by Geek Squad but i do not think Manager is there to help you. To me everyone else is more professional and knowledge then him.

I recently went there to see if they could help me out with my phone cause the camera wasn’t working and Kevin the person who attempted me was so help answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional if you have to see go to geek squad for any reason ask for Kevin me really helped me out

They can do more for your electronic devices than the manufacturer. They are with BestBuy, a great store too!

They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, offered advice on purchasing an hp lap top without trying to get me to purchase more than I needed. It is rare to find such great people that actually enjoy what they do.

In store or online highly recommend Geek Squad at Best Buy. Ive taken my laptop in for analysis when it wouldnt boot so they couldnt connect remote. Geek Squad fixed the issue in a short time.
