There are no signs posted stating prices for screen repair for each phone. I saw a sign that said $39.99 and up in the front and I should’ve asked about cost. But they should’ve told me that it would cost me $77 to fix an iPhone screen! They mentioned no pricing at all nor was it posted. I found them to be very dishonest and are trying to get as much $ as possible out of you. Be careful.

This is the first time I am writing a bad review, I came in bought a custom ps4 controller only to realize when I got home two of the buttons were pushed in and did not work. The next day I returned and asked for an exchange because I thought maybe it was only that remote.i exchanged the first faulty remote and got a second remote. The second remote too was faulty, had an unresponsive touch pad and the next day the joystick was broken as well. Came to realize they are selling PRE OWNED Ps4 remotes for 94$!!! Huge scam and I will be demanding a refund from these guys.

I had a broken screen on my iPad. The lady told me 1 hour to fix. After waiting 2 hours wasting my time, it was not ready. I went home, waited 3 hours and called the store. She said 10 min. Took 20 minutes to come back to the mall. Now they said another hour. Totally a scam, BS. Writing this at the store while waiting for my iPad. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONES/iPads here.

The man at the desk was friendly and respectful he answered any questions i had and it was some of the quickest service i ever received. Good pricing aswell. I definitely recommend here for any future phone needs.

Amazing Customer service And Prices

Personally it was a good fix what they did all I did was crack my screen a little, but 90 dollars and $15 extra for a screen protector is crazy. That is an insane amount and I only have an iPhone seven imagine something like a iPhone 11 or even a iPhone 8!!

Quick repair only took 15 minutes!!! also i received 1 year warranty on the screen just in case the screen had any defect! definitely will come back!!

I recently went the The Fix to get my shattered screen fixed and they fixed it super fast and for a great price. I noticed that I was having responsiveness issues with the new screen and I emailed them about it. They were really fast with their response telling me to bring it in. My boyfriend brought it in for me and they fixed everything with no problem. Now everything is perfect! These guys were very helpful!

As a very clumsy person whose known to break my phone/anything I touch easily, this place is my go to. Had my phone, and a my parents phone fixed here. It has a welcoming staff and it takes merely 10 min to fix your phone screen for a much cheaper price than at other places.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY HELPFUL

Spent two hours with my two toddlers & my wife waiting to get my screen fixed. They ended up messing up my camera and my charging port for my phone. Then the owner or manager claimed that it wasnt his problem that it was Rodrigo’s(his employee)problem and didn’t want to fix my phone. I have an Iphone X & i paid my hard earned money for it & it was completely fine before walking in there except for the cracked screen. He later agreed to fix it but wanted to put aftermarket parts in it. I advice anyone to not go in there, because of the way the owner or manager treats a customer. Especially when its their fault.

Was sold a “genuine leather” phone case for 53$. I thought the price was a little high but paid for it anyway. When I got home I went to the website of the brand case I bought just to see how much they were selling it for. They were selling it for 9$! Guy completely ripped me off. I strongly advise you go somewhere else and don’t settle for this establishment like I did.

They changed the service rate when I walked in the store. I called one of the employees and he said $250 to change my broken screen if I pay in cash but when I arrived at the store, the owner/manager told me he couldnt make it but said no less than $270. If theyd said 270 sharp through the phone at the beginning, I wouldnt have gone or argued about. but they lied and wasted all my peaceful evening. I hope with this review there would be no more victims like me anymore.

DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN FIXED HERE.Sold me a VERY cheap screen. The screen continues to come off after replacement. It’s like the adhesive that holds the frame and the screen together was Elmer’s Glue instead of the real deal. I wouldn’t recommend getting your phone “FIX”’d here at all. After I told them about the screen he claimed that I dropped it and maybe I should purchase one of his cases to help with that. I did so and got yet again another screen and 9 days later what do you know I’m stuck with the same issue. My screen continues to come loose from the frame.

I decided to go to the repair service in Glen Rock. While the price was higher, the service was great.
