Beautifully maintained grounds, several pools and hot tubs. Very relaxing location near the Tramway and close to downtown Palm Springs.

Way overpriced but a great place to live

Nice clean cheap place to buy in Palm Springs grounds are immaculately kept but the management company (seabrezze) sucks! Impossible to deal with.

The condos are small and so are the balconies/patios.

2 weeks nobody answers the phones in Villiers 1 or villa 2..must be a jo.ke

This place is very quiet and peaceful IF you live in the right area. I lived on the road side in building D for 2 years, and this has been the noisiest place I’ve ever lived. Literally every morning during the week the lawn crews are right in front of my bedroom window either mowing or trimming or finding some other way to be extremely noisy. Now, don’t get me wrong, I understand they have a job to do and I have nothing but respect and admiration for them. The problem is that they start at 7-8am. Imagine being woken up every morning by the sound of a weed whacker right by your head or a riding mower rumbling by your bedroom window. Not fun. Add to this the fact that there are two trash dumpsters within a stones throw of my bedroom window. This means that at least twice a week I get woken up at around 7am by the lovely sounds of a garbage truck doing what it does. The shrill beeping of the reverse alarm, the crashing and clanking of the dumpsters being flung around by a giant mechanical arm. Once again, I understand and appreciate the job that these people are doing. I’m just trying to warn you future visitor, renter or buyer. Be careful where you live in here. Try to get a place as close to the back of the complex as possible and all the better if you’re facing a green space as opposed to the road. I hope this review helps people, I sure wish someone had told me these things before I moved in here. Instead all the reviews simply said “it’s so quiet and peaceful here”.

Located a little too far from conviences, other than that make sure you have access permissions.
