Palm Springs Rentals is a great company to use if you are looking to lease a year long property here in the desert. I have rented two condos with them and they are always on top of any issue and their customer service is great! Def. recommend them!

Due to water damage caused to our condo by a condo unit managed by Palm Springs Rental agent Cynthia, our experience with PS Rental was very disappointing. No calls from PS Rental or call backs. I did PS Rentals leg work addressing the issue. It is obvious there is an “I don’t care attitude” with PS Rental, and I also find this true with Oranj since they are co-owned and once they found out the tenant of their unit was a full-time rental they dropped helping me. I suggest PS Renter and Oranj to become a little more customer service focused, since you never know who may be your next customer as a client or renter!!!. Based on our experience, we will never recommend or seek out rental services from either PS Rental or Oranj.
