They really do a nice job at this location. Being a member is absolutely worth it if you want your car to stay new. The AC waiting room is perfect that other locations do not have especially when its 90 degrees. My 2021 highlander hybrid gets 36 MPG AND stays looking nice daily. My paint looks like new! Protecting my car Investment. 100% worth it

Absolutely blown away by how my interior looked when I got my car back. Honestly better than the day I bought it, dare I say. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful and communicative. The attention to detail is outstanding. Everything was sparkling. The air vents were cleaned, every place I look is spotless. Top notch job and have already called 3 people and told them to go there.

Giving a four because in the package I chose, I paid for a spray wax and watched them only do the trunk door, and then they told me my car was done. I asked what about waxing the rest of the car? And received a little bit of attitude for it. Also watched one person dry only the driver side of my car, because most of the car had already dried from sitting there for a while.After them going over the whole car with spray wax in a matter of seconds, I noticed after the fact that it left a residue on my head lights which I now can’t get off.The man who took my payment and order was more than kind. If you purchase the 25 dollar, you will absolutely get your money’s worth. The cars leaving after getting the full package wash we’re nice and glossy.

Ive been to all Car Wash locations, but by far Ill turn it A1A and Palm Beach Gardens is my favorite!I realize all locations are extremely busy almost every time Ive gone, but you should get what you pay for and most of them Rush the jobs!!,I am a member of this unlimited car wash company and I always pay the extra money for more than just a basic car wash , usually the ultimate cost and sometimes have spent $65 more than my membership to get the top car wash that includes anything and everything you can get done and they always seem to do the best if I have a complaint A1A location always fixes the issue with no hesitation or complaints. Like I said I realize that all the locations are extremely busy, but they should take pride and care about their work and their customers! I have never left satisfied from any other locations but the A1A location!

Pulled in with a brand new 2021 jeep. Rates for cleaning your vehicle are not true. The guy in line will negotiate a price. Usually $5 to $20 higher than what than the package you select. The alleged owners, Eddie,, exact words are I cant tell you the price of cleaning your car until I see it. The price is always going to vary. Needed a local place close to work to get the pool vehicles detailed (all trucks), they are super affordable, quick, and friendly!! The full service car wash is just what we needed.

Took my 2018 Charger there for a detail package . The manager, Jay, made sure the job was done properly with the claybar and a lot of hand scrubbing to even get the old bugs off the front end. The depth of the paint has been brought back to original and the body panels feel as smooth as glass. The whole crew worked on the car in one way or another. The facility is CLEAN, well kept,clean bathrooms for the kids and offers plenty of seating inside and outdoors, top notch!! The detailers were polite and didn’t cut any corners. Best place in town!!

They do hand wash but it was too quick than the machine wash and not very good. We need to double check on how the cleaning was done. The staff was very good and will listen to the problem.

Updated 03/18/21 : I am updating my review post the follow up by team on my grievances. They followed up in detail and made sure that my concern is addressed. I appreciate their customer centric approach. Hoping that my next visit I will have good experience.The charge so high and service is very poor. I opted for $21 wash and in 10 min they handed over the car with just basic wash. No seleant no wax nothing. Very disappointing. Even vaccume was not proper.

We have been Unlimited Wash Members for some time and this New Location is convenient to us since our daughter’s school is near by. It is brand new, clean, organize and the quality of service is incredible, I highly recommend this location.

I’m so happy this new location opened. For $25 I got a $40+ quality detail. My 2013 explorer has never looked better. The staff was friendly and very detail oriented. I saw them go back and touch up things several times before they were ready to turn it over. I’ll be back every week!! Spotless!!
