I had such a great experience with this body shop! From start to finish, I felt like a valued customer and that my truck was in great hands. It is so refreshing to have such friendly people helping you through such a stressful time. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I was kept informed, my car was completed ahead of schedule and I barely had to deal with my insurance company! My truck is good as new!!! I highly recommend this shop.

Purchased a car across the street at the dealership under the condition they would repaint the front bumper. Before I went in I EXPLICITLY told them I need the car back by Friday as I was driving up north with a boat for a client on Sunday. I arrange to bring the car in Tuesday morning and before handing the keys over asked once again if the car will be ready by Friday. I was assured “yes”. I called Thursday to ask the status of my vehicle and was told “ it’s in the reassembly process, but I just started working here so I can’t give you a completion time” I assumed that meant they were attaching the front bumper and it was all painted. Friday I called and got the same answer. 5 o’clock rolled around and still not call to come pick up the vehicle. I now have to wait til Monday and will be very behind schedule for work. If the truck was not going to be done in time just tell the customer up front. Don’t lie. Now I am loosing money and without a vehicle. No updates, slow work, no communication. The only good thing are the sale people across the street at the dealership.

John Colon is fantastic!!! I had my first accident and he was so patient. He helped me understand the insurance process, kept me updated on my vehicle and made sure my vehicle looked like new. I am very glad that I chose Napleton Collision Center!

The body shop did a great job on my rear hatch for my Kia sportage. They were quick and affordable. I will definitely be returning for any future issues.

Stacey was the Best they EVER had. Just sucks that she left in middle of the time where my car was being repaired for months then I was prepared for. Lost so much money paying out of pockets for rentals waiting on a car that was sitting all because a error on THEIR end. They was holding the car hostage because of a misunderstanding with them and the insurance company. Besides John no one was helpful at this place at all. Not even the lady at the front desk was helpful. Had the Worst car experience being here. They really need to get more helpful workers at this place, it was Vey hard getting in touch with an update. On pick up day when they finally said that car was done and finished I had to turn back around because the tail light was out and The breaks sounded Really bad! Which they claim was a quick fix. I am now waiting past my time they gave me, Will never come here again!!!

My car has been in their body shop for NINE weeks. I have called at least 50 times trying to simply receive an update from them. Each time I call, no one is there that can speak with me so I am told I will get a phone call back. I have never received a phone call back from anyone working there. I have driven by my vehicle multiple times and I have never seen anyone actually working on my car or even near my car. They have said multiple times that this will be done by this time....they have lied each and every time. They have now lied to my face and over the phone. Over and over. And with no shame or second thought. I will never recommend this collision center to anyone and I will never even consider bringing a vehicle here again. This collision center has made this process an absolute nightmare. These people are dishonest, unreliable, lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful. I am truly anticipating my car having problems the second they tell me its fixed and ready to pick up.

First, the only reason they got 2 stars is the did a nice job on the repair. First, the body shop’s mgr. was rude, and dishonest. I could go into detail, but suffice to say, this is the first time I’ve taken time to write a negative review.My accident was in early Nov, and didn’t get it back until late February. The truck needed a rear quarter panel, a rear bumper, and new bedliner. This morning I received a call from them (Napleton) saying I owed them an additional $300. This $300 was a reimbursement to me for equipment that was damaged in the accident, having nothing to do with Napleton’s work. Plus, the insurance cut my check before Napleton even sent the insurance company an estimate, which btw, took Napleton a month If you use Napleton collision center I would strongly advise being very diligent about keeping records regardingservice with them. These guys are shady, cover your butt!

John Colon is the saving grace of the Napleton Collision Center. He is kind, courteous, and all around professional. I would only recommend this collision center because of him.
