Staff at the cashier (Franshezka and another gentleman in the Northlake location) are not helpful at all with the needs of the clients. No proactivity and they don’t seem to care at all when I asked them questions related to the service. I ended up paying because I was already at the place and I really needed my car clean but definitely prefer the location located in Okeechobee. Definitely my first and LAST visit here.

First and last time visiting today. Brought my week-old car. Paid for the Ultimate Special and my car came out dirtier than when it went in. Finger prints everywhere, roof not cleaned and left spotted, door jams not cleaned, left a dirt stains on my seat and middle console. Dust and debris left on my shifter and around my dash. Debris left stuck to my car. I had to have them come back and clean my cup holder and middle console area. Still left in terrible condition. Just overall a terrible job.

Horrible service me and my friend went/here now and no way ever again will we be back! Fast but sloppy. Manager is not helpful DO NOT GO! Also almost forgot they lost one of her floor mats. Not cool

Everyone was so nice and patient while I helped my daughter get out of the vehicle with her walker. They did a fabulous job, way better than I expected. Ill always use this location

This was my first time trying this particular car wash. I paid for the unlimited wash which included a full interior vacuum. I have a black lab puppy who sheds a lot so the vacuum was much needed. The job that was done was pretty sloppy despite 5+ people working on the car. My dog’s fur is still all over the car which is disappointing because I had expected the highest leveled package to be satisfactory. I’ll try to come back in the future, but it’s disappointing when you don’t get what you pay for.

Outstanding car wash and dry, including wheel and tire shine, interior window cleaning, and leather seat as well as dashboard cleaning and leather protectant application. My only complaint - which is a large one - is extremely poor handling and cleaning of the floor mats and gas + break pedals.As you can see from the photos, my interior and exterior are virtually spotless, minus the floor mats. They are extremely rough with them, and have managed to scratch my new weatherproof floor mats within a couple of visits. Additionally, they do not put down a paper cover when they get into the car, so all of the grime that comes off of the ground seeps into their shoes, and then your car mats.The gas and break pedals were also extremely slippery, along with the floor mat. This makes for unsafe driving conditions, and I have had my foot slip off the gas pedal once already.I truly hope the owner sees this, and makes the appropriate changes and improvements to prevent these issues from continuing to occur. Otherwise, I love this place! Cant beat a hand dry like these guys do.

I have been coming here for 5 years now. They take such good care of my car every time. I tell everyone to come here. I do not and will not take my car anywhere else. They clean the inside and outside like it’s new EVERY TIME. They take care of my leather seats, make sure my grill and tires stay nice and clean. So thankful for every single employee here. They remember your car and remember what you like. They’re all super friendly and will make sure you’re happy before you leave. THEY ARE AMAZING.

I have been bringing my pickup trucks here for years. Always a good job for the price. They have always charged a base price plus $10.00 extra for a truck. No problem. Saturday with no signage whatever they raised the oversize to $25.00. I backed out of the lane and left. A 150% percent raise is ridiculous. Times are tough. Most places are wheeling and dealing to get business. I don,t know of anybody raising prices 150 %. They thereby lost my faithful business as well as my wifes .

Great place to have your car cleaned, at the North Palm Beach location, Nelson and his crew do a fantastic job. I was helped by Deborah last time and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is one of the worst car wash jobs Ive ever gotten. The Special is just words to get more money out of you. I came back to have them finish what should have been done the first time, and my roof is still covered in pollen, there are puppy footprints on the back seat, smudges on the console, and dust on all the controls.I think its safe to say that we will definitely not be coming back!

Edit: Ive changed my rating to 4 stars for the expansion below, I looked closely at the brushes not couldnt see that they were soft.Its ok but this place uses a broom brush to rub the car. This is a big no no for a place saying that its a hand wash place as a broom brush is known to scratch the clearcoat on a car and its the reason people go to a hand wash facility in the first place. I asked the staff to not use the broom on my car and they were understanding. The staff is also honest, they found money in my car and told me.

Pretty slow on the line they do vacuuming up front which backs up the line there was only five cars but it took us almost 12 minutes to get to where the car will go in and we can get out

Seems like every six months they raise their prices and are always finding ways to charge extra. Although I will give them credit for high quality of wash.

I recently went to wash my car and they left it like brand new. I will never tire of saying that they are the number 1 car wash in Northlake, their workers are the best, especially Alexandra, izzak they have cleaned my car as I wanted , Nelson is very kind and the best manager i have seen, Yony is a new guy that he is so friendly and helpful.

They were so busy they did not care if the cars were actually CLEAN. plus, acting offended if you asked them to clean off further.

This company in my opinion has the best operation in Palm Beach county. They are efficient and professional. Dave the manager really does his best to make the customer as happy as possible. I would definitely recommend this car wash.

I usually use a different location & have always been impressed. I went to Northlake as it was closest, hot & late in the day. I was called over to pick car up & 2 men were arguing, ending with ticket being thrown on ground. I pulled out & noticed all the spots/ drips were still on dash, video console & center seat console. I ended coming home & cleaning it myself.

I only had an exterior wash but the employees that dried my car did poorly. They skipped the wheels and never popped the trunk to dry around the edge of the trunk. The rest of the car was not the usual nice job. I was also moved to the right hand lane after a wait which allowed the truck behind me to finish first.

My first visit - not sure about all the options and asked Eddie (a manager) and he was extremely helpful. I ended up getting the hand wax since my car would be parked for a few months outside. Like this place! There’s a discount almost every day and if it rains you can return for another wash- never heard of that. I’ve gone several times and staff is hard working. If you download there app there’s a discount too. Comfortable chairs to sit in while you’re waiting or purchase coffee where you pay. Gas station on site so it’s one stop for car maintenance.

Hands down the best carwash I’ve ever been to! All hand wash, no machines and the staff really cares about your car. If you are looking for a carwash that actually treats your car with respect, then Unlimited Auto Wash is the place you want to be. Had a great experience here. Got a car wash and an interior detail. Both came out perfectly. The seats had been pretty roughed up by my dog and Unlimited Auto Wash was exactly what the doctor called for. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was not completely cleaned and decided not to go there again. I gave this place another chance a couple of days ago for a car wax and they told me they would not do it that day. I asked why and they said they were closed . The place was opened till 5:30pm on Sunday and I came in at 5:15 for a wash and wax. I got the wash but will never go there again. There were so many excuses of why I couldn’t get a quick wax.A good business would never shut down a customer. I was told they don’t get paid after 5:30pm by staff and the manager was just in a rush to leave

Until today, this place would have received a better rating. However, I was charged $3 extra for bug removal! I joined as a member and pay automatic monthly fee whether or not, I bring my car for a wash. The one time my car has dead bugs on it and they want to charge extra. Better wash the car at home first before bringing it to this place!

Great place to get your car washed, only costs $40 a month for unlimited car washes. They also hand wash your car and dry it so its not like one of those cheap automatic car washes.

I went by this morning and got the garden special wash. They pointed out a black scuff mark on my truck and took care of that also. From the time I was there to the time I pulled out I was there an overall 25 minutes. Even though the line was all the way to the gas price sign. Their team worked efficiently and in a timely manner which I was extremely pleased with , moving the line along accordingly. I am more than happy with my experience. My tires and rims were immaculate, along with my windows and floors. Highly recommend! Also, free water and sodas outside for the customers! I’m a strong supporter in our local small businesses.

I am not sure why I keep trying here. Rarely is the wash and vacuum done well. Sadly, they usually miss the back seat when vacuuming or the vacuums dont work well. Today, I decided to give it one more shot, the back wasnt vacuumed and when I came to get my car, I had to ask them to clean the hood which was the main reason I came. I feel sad because they are a convenience but sadly, I most likely wont continue my once a week business.

This car wash used to be good, last 3 or 4 times I came was bad. Even I paid the ultimate, car was full of sand and dirty, the car wasn’t dirty and I received same car only added fragrance,(and not much)The rubber floor mat dirty, I was told that they don’t wash anymore the floor mats, and when u asked what do I pay with ultimate, he told me shine .Not even vacuumed the back, when I asked they wanted to do it again, Ultimate wash in less than 15 minutes. What a shame, It was last time in this location.Jupiter one is great!

Terrible blonde girl at the register, you dont tell a customer they can cancel once theres a problem with your magnet strip. I go to the Jupiter and Wellington locations and have no problem. West Palm Beach location is supposed to be their main location. If you are a member avoid that one.

Terrible! My car is returned to me with sand all over my floor mats still, crumbs not cleaned out of the cup holder and on the side of the seats, and items not thrown away that are garbage. No one cleaning the cars speaks English. When you try and communicate with them what needs to be fixed I was stared at. I hand a tip and it was taken without a thank you. Just a blank stare. Instead the manager was so focused on the Bentley getting cleaned and talking to other customers. Should have been supervising work better and walking around to check. More attention being focused on the fancy expensive cars then the average joe car. Two stars are for the windows being clean and the exterior. Will never return again.

I stopped by this morning to have my car washed. When I saw the line, I thought I would miss the appointment I had scheduled 45 minutes later. Not only was I out in 20 minutes, but they also had removed the white marks I had on my trunk and my passenger side mirror. I had to carry small pieces of drywall in my back seat and I really didnt expect them to remove the white marks that it left on my black seat, but when they honk the horn and I inspected my car the marks were gone. The attention to detail was nice to see. I cant remember the last time my center console looked so good. Thank you again for a job well done. I will be back and will get the Gardens Special again.

I just left there and the guys that did the cleaning on my car were awesome, they did a great job! I cannot say the same for the woman that rang me up. She was rude and on top of that when I asked for change for a $5 in a snarky reply she sneered at me you know they take $5s The amount of the tip depends on the quality of the service. How dare she tell me what I should do with my money. I am a small business owner and if any of my employees ever acted that way they would be reprimanded.

Ive going to this car wash for a couple of years, but only joined their unlimited club about 3 months ago. Its great because the guys there work their tails off, doing a terrific job cleaning your car. I moved here from NJ and was not happy with the car washes there. These guys are great. The financial side is very good as well. If you like a nice clean car then the ability to have it regularly hand washed and dried, as many times as you like is quite attractive for $25 a month. That is for external washes, but small extra charges will get you inside cleaning, or a thorough wheel deal, or the gardens special.

Ive been getting my car washed at the PBG Unlimited Auto Wash for over 3 years now, and its the ONLY PLACE I take my car! The attendants are always courteous, helpful, fast, detail-oriented, and, most importantly, very respectful of my vehicle and its contents... I work out of my vehicle and have a lot of work items inside, and I have NEVER had anything broken, misplaced or mishandled in any way. I know my car is in good hands and will be thoroughly cleaned within 15 minutes every time I go there! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I have been getting my car wash at the Unlimited Car Wash Northlake location for around two years. Today 5/18/19, I arrived with my car at 5:50 pm, the manager placed two orange cones in front of my car and walked away without acknowledging me, when I finally got his attention, he stated: we take the last car at 5:50. I explained that their website indicates that they are open until 6:00 pm, he said, I cant help you. He then began yelling that they had been there since 7 am, and they take the last car at 5:50 pm and walked away.

I isually bring my car in here. I payed for the deluxe wash. I was specific about the seats being cleaned. They werent until I asked then to again after they turned in the car too me. Didnt do what I asked them to. Also they left the car running with all 4 doors open and the AC on to the max and waste 9 miles of gas.... definitely not coming back here.

Always a great experience. There was one time a while back when you had to run my car back through because the rinse wasnt working properly. Other than that, it has been great since we have been members.John
