The mechanics are great and the office staff well don’t expect anyone to be nice to you.

Good customer service, clean and well maintained, I delivered trucks no problems, need a electric hoist, have to undeck using a wrecker

Fairly decent truck repair shop. Staff is always friendly and seem knowledgeable. The repair time seems a little lengthy, but that might be because they are very busy and big trucks take time to repair. I can be a little impatient too. Overall a good place!

New building is nice. Service can be a pain. Simple repairs can be missed because of trying to speed up the process, costing me more time.

Dont know anything about the service portion but the parts guys are slow and dont seem to know much. Dont try to call and explain or order over phone, they wont get it. If you take what you need to replace in then you might get the right parts.

I wouldnt buy as much as a hat from this place.
