Centurylink is happy to take your money every month and thats about how long it takes to get a live representative on the phone. The online chat does not work when you need to ask specific questions. I guess I should not be surprised at their lack of customer service because thats how businesses roll now. Its sad to know big corporations, like Centurylink, no longer care about customer service. Century link is just plain horrible beyond measure. They have messed up my account over a dozen times, always on the phone for over an hour to get one problem fixed, then I find out they somehow make three new problems every time.

This is totally in it completely misleading makes you think that this is a century link store and its not.....Nothing more than a centurylink office building.... its not a century link store where you can start up a Internet account or check for accessories or modems
