Real Five star service doesnt happen very often but to did for me t I is time Cody was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable I 58 and not particularly tech savvy and he handled all oof the more difficult aspects of setting up my phone and steering me into the best phone suited for my business where to make trade offs in performance vs functionality and even with Covid 19 restrictions got me in and out in less than 2 hours versus 4 hours at the corporate store on W.Dodge

I arrived at your location of 1110 S 71st St. Bay H, Omaha, NE 68106 at 12 pm Sunday July 26th and was told it would be an hour and a half to 2 hour wait and I would be notified and while explaining to the gentlemen that I was just doing a pick up he removed me from the list stating I did not need to be on it for pick up. When I explained that to the female she said she knew and I was next in line. I then proceeded to go into the store as I was told to do so after the customer left and the guy refused to help me and said that he had another customer in line. This is the worst customer service I have had and I will be leaving you a terrible review as well as making sure people know how ignorant your reps are.

AWFUL retailer store and all cause one rude employee Cody cannot multi-task and does not have an issue being outright rude. We ordered an iPhone and selected curb side pick up...well it’s been over an hour now all because the employee is waiting on a credit check for a potential customer and apparently cannot help or do anything else until he is done w/that person who is literally sitting there waiting. We’ve seen about 6 customers rejected and leave-ridiculous! We should have selected the Verizon store on Dodge, so much for curb side pick up. Here’s a tip train your employees on customer service and most importantly on how to multi-task.

Went in to have a replacement phone activated. No wait for service. The staff was helpful and patient. The location is convenient for me and the parking is plentiful. Getting in and out of the shopping mall takes some forethought. All in all a good experience considering what a pain it is to get a different phone up and running.

I first went to the Verizon store just north of this one on Dodge and had a very poor experience.After arriving I found myself in a nearly empty store. The person working greeted me and we got right to business. She immediately sensed my friendly and casual demeanor and adopted it right away. We developed great rapport.The phone I wanted was brand new an not yet on display. So, she went in back and gave me a new one to hold and play with. I purchased it in the store and left. Awesome experience.Unfortunately I found a dead pixel on that phone and went back to exchange it.This was on Black Friday. This time the store was packed, but there were also tons of staff working. I was immediately helped by an equally helpful sales person. We spent some time in a dark back room spotting the dead pixel, and then they handed me a brand new phone. Another fantastic experience.I highly recommend this store above the one on Dodge.

Billy and Madie were incredible!!! I had a cell phone that went whacko wouldnt let me make calls and wouldnt lock. Verizon sent me a replacement...for some reason the data couldnt be transferred. They were most patient and figured it all out.Definately reccommend using this store rather than the one on Dodge...friendlier and MUCH more knowledgeable

Colton is the absolute best. We could not have been more thankful for the time and energy he spent with us. We have been with sprint for over 15 years and decided to switch to Verizon, but if it weren’t for Colton, we probably would have thrown in the towel on the transfer. Sprint is an absolute nightmare and I wouldn’t wish their service on my worst enemy, I do however, have one thing to thank them for- the new friends we made at this Verizon store :)... Colton and Maddie, thanks for joining our extended family and making a miserable experience a positive memory. Terrible, horrible, very poor customer service. Salesman’s name was Jewel Sanford. Went to the store for a simple upgrade and he tried to sell us a bundle for the amount of $299.00. Of course, we said no to that. His attitude changed drastically and he didn’t seem to care any longer. Wow, not even sure your establishment still open. Verizon you can do much better than that for the amount you charge your customers.

Deserves ZERO stars. Horrible customer service! Pushy to make a sale.. rude when you don’t buy covers or protectors from them! Then, they “forgot” to charge me tax on my phone and demanded me (4 days later) to drive a couple hours to pay it immediately OR pay over the phone (not happening). I just wanted to pay at my local store. Corporate said I can pay at my local store for their mix up. This store keeps calling me and asking me to pay them now even after I’ve told them that corporate said I can pay at my local store. The manager said corporate was wrong. Sketchy people!!

Colton sold me a phone and told me that the case, screen protector and some portable charger that I did not need or want was included. I was told at time of sale by Colton that I had 14 days to return the phone at full refund. I even asked him specifically to clarify, If I bring this phone back in the next 14 days, this whole amount that you are billing me right now will be refunded correct?. Colton told me that I would get a full refund minus a $35 restocking fee.After realizing that it was a total scam I went back to return the phone along with everything else. As soon as I told Colton that I wanted to return everything, he became very rude and defensive. He refused to refund all of the items and even decided to raise his voice and start a shouting match with me when I brought up our previous conversation. This place is pathetic. Have a good time ripping people off for your little 50$ here and 50$ there, eventually the word will get out.

Went there to pay my phone bill, they charge an extra fee to process cash payments really? Well in the process of doing this they had issues with the bill going through and they assured me it was paid, well three days later I get a phone call from my sister in-law asking why I hadnt paid my phone bill (which I do every month on time) Verizon kept saying it was unpaid even though I had a receipt how could something so simple get messed up? Ill never go back to this location after this.

A very Rude person over the phone, he wouldnt even give me his name.Im Verizon customer for over 6 years and have 3 phones with them and a laptop.I pay $325.00 every month thats over $4000.00 a year and this experience with this Retailer has left me doubting my account with them. Have been a Verizon customer since back to Lincoln Telephone. Bought two need iPhones here on May 20th, salesman was Anthony Valdez. Was charged $19.99 each for transferring service from old phone to new phone, and Mr. Valdez told me this was refundable if I called Verizon. I did call, and it is not refundable.For 40 bucks, dont lie to a customer, Anthony.

I gave it 1 star only to write a review and share my story.. Bad decision on my end to continue with Verizon.. At the Z store which i just found out is Not even affiliated with Verizon!!! I get it I guess.. But Tyler... Such a friendly guy.. Huh.. Did Not tell us numerous things.. Found out i got charged for him to push the on button basicly..for the LG 5 upgrades for my husband and I.. I walked out of there unexpectedly paid $253.26 for upgrades and add a line.. I thought when i got my bill.. It was going to be about $ 204. Uh no $355.00 !!!!!!!Seriously!!!!! Im posting this for the smart people reading, who investigate companies.. I used to Love Verizon for 2 years.. Not one problem.. Great service, LG G3 was the best phone ever. But this location.. Z Wireless.. (I say this with snarling teeth) Tyler left out bery important information about My bill. When im expecting my bill to b $204 and its $355.00. Well yea, Im pissed.. And i feel taken advantage of, and now i gotta either pay $1200 because again, im so pissed i will Leave Verizon, or I just take it up the butt for the next Long 2 years.
