We love their dog classes here. The store is always clean and seems to be well stocked.

Would rate this store zero stars the manager Marcus here is RUDE I bought a chain collar for my puppy here today and bought the wrong size on accident. I threw my receipt away by accident once I took out my trash out to the dumpster and his response was unfortunately without a receipt or being a rewards member I would have to go dig it out the trash. Very unprofessional as a manager to have this type of response to a paying customer. Was definitely not the response I was looking for. Will not ever shop here again !!

Training with Devon has been amazing. We finished the puppy classes and are going to take the next two sessions. She is an awesome resource and has a solution to basically everything.

This place has an abundance of items for what your pets need. I have two cats: a fat one on a diet and a picky older one who changes her mind on what she likes. After trial and error with my picky cat, it looks like combining treats with her food works. The staff was very helpful and you can tell that they care about animals. I will be back.

Pey hotel for my cat was absolutely fantastic. They gave my kitty lots of love and care and knew exactly who I was asking about everything. She didnt feel well at first and they called me and took her to the doctor in the store to get her checked out and make sure she was OK. Highly recommended

During Covid I decided to go online and have my dog food delivered. The only problem is they would never deliver to my door. Ugh! So I canceled Chewy.I’ve been going to this Petsmart for years and they are always polite and friendly. I also bring my pups to the groomers, once I find out her name, I will update my review to 5 stars. She’s amazing! My pups after their last visit. So happy!

Attended to take my 13 year old American there to get his nails trimmed on a Monday. Website says walk-ins only til 8pm. Got there at 7. They were closed. Kid at counter said they are appointment only. Called the next day to make appointment. Lady told me they only do walk-ins. I explained that I was there the day before and was told appointment only. She said they werent busy that day and closed at 4:30. Said they would definitely be there til 8 today. Showed up at 7 and was told they were too busy. Talked to manager. Manager went in to salon and tried to talk to short haired dude lookin lady and I could see she was giving the.manager an ear full. Manager came out and apologized and said the lady said no. Will never go here again.

Very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their stock was a bit low on some things we needed but that is to be expected in this time of need for everyone. Thank you to the staff at PetSmart for being so welcoming.

Nothing negative to say. I only use this PetSmart for boarding my pets. Always have had a good experience here.

Their employees are super friendly, as well as informative. The store is always clean and very well organized. It is also pet friendly of course. With great selections on cat & dog foods, this is especially a one stop shop for anything pet related. They also provide training for k-9s as well as veterinary services on sight. As if all that wasnt reason enough to go, they are located just off of 144th and center behind Oakview mall. With a wide variety of other shops in the area as well as eateries. Get most of your days shopping out of the way without having to travel out of your way!

Had everything we needed to pick up for our dogs and cats too! Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Their text/email perks are an added bonus!

Have bought animals from here for years , as an 18 year old . They have always specifically looked at my ID. I own over 10 reptiles from this store, a regular shopper, and I go to buy another reptile and they deny me because I’m 19. Figure out ur ages and get it right between staff🤣

Kasey (the Wonder dog) & I visited PetSmart to pick out a snack & a toy. Her choice as always the pig snout. Its a great place to take your dog, to do all your dog shopping. The staff is very nice & patient with everyones pets. They have a great selection of dog food especially the healthy (more expensive) kind.

Quick service, there were lots of people in line, so two extra cash registers opened up for quick flow. Love that

I have good experiences and stressful, They cut my dog 3 times now. Still up in the air if ill go back, only went back this last time cause it was free. Good they have everything you need for your pup, treats, toys, flea and tic treatments.

The checkout service at this store is always beyond snail speed. Today is the second time Ive left product due to wait time. Each checkout had 1 person being helped. Average checkout speed well over 5 min. Put my $150 worth of items on a shelf and went to store with competent staff

Boarded our dogs here for the weekend and paid to have them bathed and nails trimmed. First, they did not let us leave the collars with our dogs, which I didn’t like. Then when we picked them up one dog was still damp and smelled very strongly of wet dog. They also stated they only trimmed his back claws because he “moved too much”. The second dog appeared to be bathed properly, but his nails are so jagged I will have to re-do them or send him to a different groomer. Overall, not impressed.

Love the doggy day camp and pets hotel. These people truly care about my dog and go above and beyond. I’ve taken my dogs to many different places but now that I’ve found this place it is the only one we will go to. They are exceptional!

Clean BUT bought fish that kept dying within 2 weeks. Not patient enough to complain for funds back. Bought a nice skull house shack for tank. Molly got stuck underneath in a tiny hole and died. Sitting in cabinet so others dont die that way. Dirty tanks with algae and rot growth. Need to care better for their tanks. Decided on Petco and much better tanks and service and they are knowledgeable. My tank below! THIS is how they all SHOULD look. Go to FishFreaks and spend the extra for healthy fish. Well worth it.

I’m not sure what went wrong at the boarding here for my dog! He was there for 10 days and before I put him in the boarding here his ribs showed slightly because of the breed he is and how fast he’s growing. I feed him A LOT Throughout the day because he needs it and I told them the exact amount he needs to be fed, that being said I came to get him out of boarding and he was so skinny his ribs, Spine, hips and shoulders were all showing horribly like he didn’t even eat anything the entire time he was there. I took him to this boarding because it had good reviews and seemed good. Now I regret it!

Great pet hotel . Dog and 3 cats stayed for 4 days and nights. The staff is the best and animals were well taken care of. Always use Pet Smart when I go out of town. Corgi also gets groomed and her nails trimmed, fantastic job!! Thanks and well done

Arrived after 9am Sunday to pick up on line order. Doors automatically opened to let me. I asked a representative where I needed to go to get the item ordered.Received a snarky comment We are not open til 10am!.My fault for sure but customer service skills lacking to say the least.Came back after 10am then went to Petco to get other item I was in need of.Three stars because I was partially at fault but the Customer Service does not warrant it.

They were very short staffed, but when I finally saw someone she ran me through the basics of what I would need for a new puppy, and did a good job. I appreciate it.

The staff enjoys our dog and always comes over to say hi. I have not had a bad experience except for when they have a sale on Chinchilla food. We have 4 and they eat a lot! Typically you have to buy two bags for the sale they are having and they never have two bags to meet the sale requirements. It’s a bit frustrating to say the least. Other than that, good service.

Great place, prices same as Chewy when not spending more than $50. The store just doesnt carry Cosequin chews for cats.

As far as pet stores go, this is probably the only place one should go in Omaha. The employees are friendly, and very personable. One huge plus, is, is that they typically stock their shelves and seem to always have what I need in store. No clutter, or pallets of stuff waiting to go on the shelves.

They were having an adoption event for Huskies and Malamutes. There were so many Huskies and owners that I couldnt get to the merchandise I needed to purchase. Dont get me wrong, any event to find homes for animals rescued from puppy farms and dog fighting is well worth any inconvience it could ever cause me. The animals were beautiful. I wanted to adopt a cat for a man who just lost his bestie named Angel to diabetes. He is heartbroken and in need of another companion. He is disabled, on oxygen and has difficulty getting around so I was going to pick up a cat for him. The manager would not let me adopt a cat for another person even under the conditions stated. So I said you cannot not let me adopt this cat and he said oh yes I can knowing he will go ti another home. He walked away and what id I had wanted to adopt this cat for myself??? What am I supposed to tell this broken hearted man??? I cant adopt a cat for him or myself? So disappointed. Unfortunately, Pet Smart after shopping there for years has lost my business. So sad.

Had such a good experience here. Devin was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to talk to me about my dog, toys and training. Plus they price match!

Overall not a great experience. Very crowded and they seemed overwhelmed and short staffed. They were out of hamsters which is what we came to purchase. Very small cages for the hamsters and not all of them even had wheels. Hamster cages they sell are WAY too small for a full sized Syrian. One very friendly and helpful female staff member made up for multiple staff that were too overwhelmed and busy to help us.

My favorite PetSmart in Nebraska, I always take my love one to this location. He loves the grooming staff!They are always friendly and nice! 100% recommended.

Went in about 8 tonight with my 10 year old daughter, there was a couple just waiting in the isle that made me immediately uncomfortable. After we passed , the man followed me down a side isle, got my attention to solicit religious pamphlets. I told the manager, she said shed say something, but I waited and watched outside the store, and she did not. This store is 5 blocks from us, we have 3 pets, we will not give PetSmart our business again after this. NO ONE, should EVER be followed around a store by anyone but employees, I did not take kindly to the managers lack of response.
