Changing my review the last one was based on a phone conversation I was treated less then! Today they proved to me that call must of been a bad day! Tina was awesome so great yet quick! The staff was amazing and caring!

Found this gem while doing some shopping. My mom, niece and myself got some great nails. Mom and I got the cat eye polish. Loved them! Service was great!

Nails werent completely dry. I messed up my left hand digging in my purse. Went back to salon and they fixed them, applied the clear gloss and dried again. Still felt gummy and looked sloppy. One nall popped off less than a week later. I wont be back.

I got the shellac manicure. Overall they were alright. The process did however seem a bit rushed. The attached picture shows an issue with uneven coating and faulty filing on the edge of my nails. Not a huge deal, but I just know these will get on clothing and my hair. I tested it out while in the salon. My technician was nice overall and the hand/arm massage at the end was divine. I’d come back again.

In less than an hour, I got a shellac pedicure and dipped manicure.I had two ladies working at the same time to ensure I got out in a timely manner.This is a small company feel- were it seems like they actually care about any issues I might have (relaxing, ingrown nails, dry skin) and they rush you out the door and they try to upsell.There is no sticker shock here!Mani and pedi, one hour only $65!!This is a great place!Try them out!

I have been here before today and didnt have any issues. Good experience the first time. Today was a rushed experience. My polish didnt completely cover my nails and rough edges. Disappointing.

I went here for the first time and was completely unsatisfied. All my nails were uneven and shaped differently, the design I got was nothing like I asked for. I had already waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time to even get in so I didn’t have time to have them fixed. I called the next day to get them fixed and they got me in within an hour. The lady thanked me for coming in because they were able to make it right. She went above and beyond to make sure I liked everything and I paid a little extra to have some things changed. I’m extremely satisfied and happy I went back to them to get them fixed because the work they did the second time was phenomenal. Thank you for making it right!

Very nice environment. They took their time and made sure I liked what i got before leaving. Super friendly. I usually go somewhere else but I decided to give them a try and Im so happy I did. I will go back from here on out. Thank you for such an amazing experience

The best nail salon i have ever been to; they never disappoint! the technicians know their clients and remember what you tell them and what nail shape they like. they’re amazing! my mom and i went when it was empty and the owner sat down with us and we got to know each other. he remembered things i hadmentioned months ago. they’re the best and i refuseto go anywhere else.

Okay so, my friend and I came here last Sunday after searching for a nail salon all day. we got here, picked our colors, and told our techs what we wanted and all seemed well. mine told me the design I wanted would be sort of difficult so she’d only be able to do one part and I was fine with that (I was getting a black star painted on my index and then a moon on my middle, she wasn’t confident she could do the moon which was okay with me). I wanted stiletto shaped and she nailed that PERFECTLY! so I was thinking at this point that the design would go smoothly as well...nope. the stars on my index finger were good but then she decided to do the moons as well and those were disastrous. I wish she had just not done them, like I said when she told me it would be too difficult for her to do it right I was fine with that because at least she knows what she’s good at right? but I tried to get over myself and walked out trying to admire my new set of claws but couldn’t handle looking at them so I did what apparently was the worst thing in the world and painted over the nails that had designs with a nail polish that matched the rest. I’m giving this review because when I had to go back 3-4 days later to get a nail fixed because the tips barely had acrylic on them which made them too thin, she saw I had repainted them and the whole time was rude. I understand how she feels but what I do with my nails is my business, I asked if she could fix this one nail not talk about me to the whole salon about painting my others. she didn’t fix the nail right, she shaped the new tip using just acrylic and then didn’t shape any of it right so it does not match my other nails at all and now another tip has broken off because they’re all too thin. I’m not going to be coming back, not for a fill or to get these fixed or anything really.

Going to this nail salon made me very frustrated and appalled. First they did my nails and they had bubbles in them And then the color was too chunky and they didn’t have the tool to thin out the color so I couldn’t get the color I actually wanted so they made me choose another color and then they were mad because I told them that the nails are gonna break fast and one broke three times just in the matter of the lady doing it and they were very upset that I complained and they did not value My money and the mail color has came off as if I need a fill two days later

This is a wonderful spa. I started going when pregnant and they have Consistently done a fantastic job. They even made sure to give me extra massage when pregnant and always ask me how my baby is doing now that she’s born. Their prices are just right and my manicures and pedicures always last.

I went here with my boyfriends mom and it was by far the best nail place I have gotten my nails done at! Quick to get us seated next to each other and start on our nails . Took time to shape my nails exactly how i wanted as well as asking me if they look okay frequently along the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were amazing! Definitley will be back! Worth the stop!

This place is great. The staff here are amazing. I went in a month ago with a friend who was super picky and they were incredibly patient. She explained everything to her and made sure everything was perfect. I dont think I would have had the patience she did. She never appeared put off by it. If you are someone who doesnt say anything and ends up unhappy, that is on you, because these people clearly want to do an amazing job. I had the shellac manicure and it lasts 4+ weeks without chips. Never had I experienced that length of manicure.... great quality work.

Love, love, love this place! Ive been other places and have had to got back because nails have popped off or lifted. Ive NEVER had this issue at Omaha Nails & Spa! Ive gone for almost a month without a fill and still had no issues! Strongly recommend them for any nail needs! Thank you for doing what you do so well, ;-)

The man was very nice, but the place could use a nice cleaning! The nail polish bottles need to be cleaned, they have nail polish all over them looks unprofessional!! I wont go back!!

I have been going to Omaha Nails and Spa since they took over ownership of the previous nail salon that was there. I have also tried several other places closer to my new home so I didnt have to drive, but always come back too them. They have the best services and friendliest staff. I have never had a bad experience with them.

This has only been my 3rd time coming here and my 2 previous times everything was good, service was good and the girl who did my nails did such a great job. I was there last Sunday around 11:20 and I asked for a shellac manicure french tip, she started doing my nails and it was going well, when she finished they looked alright but had a few nails that had hairs from the brush and that same night my nails started getting cracks in them, Im not the type of person who complains and I kept pushing it off but as the days went by I was really disappointed and unhappy with my nails. I debated on going back to get a refund or have them fix them but like I said Im not the type of person to be complaining but I guess its really bothering me now. Just a heads up

I’ve visited twice and had two different experiences. The first time I got a shellac mani and it was a positive experience. However, the second visit wasn’t as pleasant. I got a pedi and a full set. The pedi wasn’t too bad, in fact the lady was very sweet and did a great job. Once I moved to the nail station I felt like they rushed through it. I didn’t like how my nails turned out, they were bulky and looked like small turtles on my fingers. I didn’t say anything at that moment because I didn’t have time to get them fixed as I was taking a flight. I had to get my nails fixed while on vacation, that’s how bad they looked.

Great staff...friendly clean environment. Knowledgable as well. I love my red dipped nails. Ill be back.

Got my nails done here today for the first and last time. They are awful I let them know that there were spots missing the top coat and they offered to fix them which entailed adding more layers on top of what was already there and they are now lumpy and ridiculously thick

They did terrible the shape is bad and they look like blobs of paint. Don’t recommend.

I got shellac on my fingers and 4 days later half of my nails were bare. When I came back to have them fixed (by a different tech) they didnt want to fix all of them until I told them my hands still wouldnt look right if they didnt do them all. Both the first shellac and the fix had bumps, the top coat didnt cover the whole nail, the color coverage was spotty, and the paint was nowhere near my cuticle. I will never return despite them being 4 minutes from my home. Very disappointed. I paid $40 plus tip for this, which was not the pricing listed online.

First time here, recommendation from a friend. It is very clean, I had Kevin do my nails, he did a great job they look fantastic, I appreciate them putting extra base and top coat on my shellac it lasts much longer this way! They were all very friendly. I will be back for sure!!

Very nice people. At 1st when my nails were done they looked a bit dull to me so I told them and the suggested gel bc no matter how much of the clear coat they put on it would still look dull. They then quickly and nicely removed the clear polish and put the gel to satisfy my SHINY NAIL NEEDS lol. I appreciate suggestions. Definetley recommend this nail salon 👌

Got my nails done this was my 3rd here . I was satisfied with the 1st 2 times but the 3rd time was a regretful experience I paid 50 dollars for Nail tips mind you acrylic nails not even dip Which look terrible I asked for heart and the hearts look like bubbles I will post a picture disgusting very disappointing!Nail polish is bubbly they look so bad !!

I have always loved this place will always come here to get my nails and toes done even though i live in bellevue!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! do not ever go here. I went and got my nails done and the guy that did them kept scrapping my cuticles soo badly and I kept telling him itv really hurt but he kept doing it. When I got home my finger was bleeding and it only got worse, it started oozing and swelling I could barely use it. I knew it was infected and started taking antibiotics. I called them to tell them what happened and that i wanted my money back, the manager said she had to call the owner and would call me back. After not hearing from anyone for 4 days I called back and was informed they would not refund my money (I ended up having to remove my polish) but they would do my nails again for free. I said there was no way I would step foot in their salon again it was dirty and gross and that i demanded my money back at which point they still did nothing. Do yourself and nails a favor and stay away!
