This place was a joke. Came in got an acrylic set, she caused me to bleed from cutting my cuticles way to far down. Did NOT clean tools in between customers. Step mom got dip powder the lady did dip then put gel polish over and didnt even give her what she wanted. Made her nails way to thick. Place was dirty. And NOT worth the money.

I came in to get my eyebrows done and the lady told me to wait 10 minutes which I had no problem with. She pulled me back to do my eyebrows and she rushed and place the wax where ever and the completely messed up one of my eyebrows. Even if I go home and try to fix it myself it still with be messed up. She rushed to do them and they look horrible. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the LAST time she messed them up and then she does it again ? I will never go here again. And the place is gross looking and looks run down.

Nail tech could have been more gentle

Scarlett did an amazing job! Loved the facf that she took her time on fixing my nails and didnt rush like most places and charge you almost $80 for a fill smh but other then that I will surely go back to her again!!!

A truly classy nail salon in the Omaha. A hidden gem, in my opinion with the highest hygiene standards Ive ever seen in the many shops Ive visited over the years. The staff are like family and committed to customer service and quality nail care. Ive never had a nail stylist recommend my nails take a break, but here, the commitment is to maintaining healthy AND beautiful nails. All great nail stylists. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her nails done here. Both time nails came off within 2 days . Not happy at all. Soent over 100$ for her and its ridiculous

This is the greatest nail salon youll ever go to. It is decorated beautifully and so cozy. TINA is so nice and easy to talk to and extremely talented. Coming up on 3 weeks with my manicure and it still looks perfect. Cant wait for my next appointment. If youre looking for a new nail place, go here, TRUST ME.

I love this nail salon! It feels very high class but the prices are incredibly reasonable. Every employee is super helpful, kind, and personable. I dont get my nails done very often but I only come here now, theyve never disappointed!

I went here and got my nails done for 67 dollars. The very next day my nails were falling off. She didnt do l them the right way either. I went back. They still fell off so I went back a third time and the lady told me she was going to charge me to fix the nail. If youre spending that much money to get your nails done, it should be quality. I highly recommend not coming to this place because these people dont know how to treat their customers nor do nails.

The gentleman that did my nails was very rough I had a fill on my acrylic nails I asked him for a certain design and he told me no and did what he wanted. 4 days later the nails are popping off.

Clean nail salon, good customer service. Tina was my tech and she was attentive to my concerns, especially since the last tech from another spa had not done a good job with my nails. I wanted to get nails with a flower and it was like $7 more and i got something that was totally not a flower. Nothing compared to the one i asked for and was charged $55. Not even the color was correct. Do not recommend.

Tried NE Nails & Tanning for the first time. After convincing from a coworker and checking out Google I decided it was okay to venture from the salon Ive frequented for over three years and try something new. I was not disappointed in my experience and definitely think they gained a new customer. TINA was wonderful - attentive to details and gentle with my hands.

Can I give this 10 stars!??AWESOME job. Great service and very meticulous. The staff is so friendly and someone was always cleaning their station. Ive never seen such cleanliness and its very refreshing.I got a full set and a pedicure. Lindsey was a perfectionist when it came to my polish. I love my mani. I highly recommend this location. Wow! Beyond my expectations and Im super content with the overall experience here at NE Nails & Tanning. Seriously all I can say is wow. The appearance of the salon itself from in and out is very clean, the tables and pedicure stations are so pretty, everything looks sanitary. Most importantly, they have great nail technicians working there. Oh and the prices? Sincerely, amazing for everything the salon offers. Im so happy I decided to try them out and you should definitely too! I would recommend Lindsey, she did such an amazing job at refilling my acrylic nails.

Very good place they do what u want. And u can either call or go on their website to make appointment. Tina is a awesome nail tech. she takes her time and does a good job doing the nail design.

I see Tina she is good but a little rough on my feet and she puts a lot of pressure on my feet as well so you need to tell her or else shell continue being that way. I would definitely recommend this place and they are affordable not very expensive for a deluxe pedicure.

Awesome salon, very professional. Lindsey is excellent and will keep your nails healthy and beautiful. They do get busy on Saturdays so go early if planning to walk-in.

I love this place. Lindsey is my girl and takes care of me. Their equipment is new, clean and the staff treats you like family. Each and everyone addresses you by name and greets you. They see to your needs and offer you water, etc! Nothing has changed except they now have more stations and pedi chairs. They are gracious and if they had more girls, theyd do even more people at once. Always have had excellent service!

Go ANYWHERE else for good nails. Dirty place. Nail tech got upset when I asked her to change her gloves after handling money. Then she grew so rough with my hands, she chipped the acrylic on the spot. Instead of removing it she layered more acrylic on top of it. I asked her to stop as this caused the nail to lose its shape and she became very argumentative stating shed eventually file it down. Which she didnt. Then without asking, as I turned to talk to a fellow customer, she began to clip the broken nail from underneath. Ouch!!! The gel polish application was so thick, it got on my fingers and began to lift a few days later. I asked for a discount for her poor service and argumentative tone and she threatened to call the police. This place is an absolute circus from the depths of dantes inferno. You have been warned.

Amazing service! We found this place and the reviews said they give exceptional service! They did that AND more! 3 of us went in for pedicures. They took amazing care of us, kept great conversation and laughs while also providing great service! I recommend this to anyone visiting or living in the area! Fully staffed, there was never a time someone was waiting. Just amazing!!

I won’t go anywhere else!!! Even after my recent move to the Omaha area, mind you, I will drive all the way to this salon. Here, I pay less and always love my results no matter who I get. My schedule usually has me walking in at the end of the day, before closing, but they still take their time, they’re still friendly and in good spirits. It’s impressive, really. I’ll also add that it’s super clean and cute inside, too. The atmosphere is on point. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this place.

This is my fave place to get a mani or pedi.They do everything from basic to fancy, and all of the things in between.I never leave here with my nails anything but perfect, and my techs are always nothing but gracious and kind.Thought I would try something new. The ladies are wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable! I really like that every client gets new porous tools. The place is VERY clean. I was relaxed and enjoyed my time without wondering how long I had been there or how much longer.Totally recommend this place! Next is to get a pedicure there!

Absolutely loved this place. I got a shellac pedicure and a full set. The women were super sweet Tina did my pedicure and Lindsey did my nails. Definitely will be coming back!!

We were able to come in and have a great time and get our nails done at the same time! We love our nails and we will be coming back for sure!

I asked for a dark brown with cat eyes and the color didn’t match the color I wanted ,so I ask could I get another color with cat eyes. But she didn’t want to change it. So she polished over the brown with black and you can see the brown on my sides. Another employee wanted to do them right but she told here no. I was very disappointed in my service. Ask to speak to mangers she called him but proceed to talk over me as I tried to speak with him. I will not recommend this place my toes also look terrible.

Lindsey is amazing! She has been doing my nails for the last 2 months, and is beyond amazing. Very detailed, caring, and knows what she is doing. I would recommend her highly!

Went here while on a work trip and had a very positive experience! My technician was so talented, friendly and did a fabulous job on my nails. Their spot is quiet and bright. To sum up the experience, I would say, Awesome.

If you go there don’t Ever get Ombre nails. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.

I went there with my mom to have our nails look nice. Well instead, they gave me the wrong tip and was like its too late you get the French tip. Thats all. No color. And I was already upset but when she started putting the acrylic on, she didnt push my cuticles back. So now I have acrylic all over my cuticles. And after they were done i noticed that most of my nails go in a triangle shape. Not to mention all my nails are different lengths. If you want something done right and look nice, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I repeat do not go to this place. However, if you want your nails pro look and feel like garbage, then feel free to.

Wife went in to get her eyebrows and lip waxed she left with the skin ripped off of her upper lip. Will never use this place again $33 dollars was paid for that.

Best salon, my sister and I come religiously every 2 weeks to see Lindsey and so do our coworkers. We are very picky and she does the best gel mani ever and remembers what you like and dont like.

Took my daughter there to get acrylic nails and she took them off less than a week or so because felt two fingers hurting and still do. Found that the lady who did her nails CUT her real nails down to the skin! OUCH!!! I have pics but trying figure out how add them.

Very cute nail salon, definitely will come do pedicure next time. Kevin got my gel pedi somewhere else so didnt get to try it here but their chair massagers looks very comfortable and they look very clean.

Tina is the best.. Very picky and glad I finally found one person to go to every time! I am very specific and when I told her a couple things I wanted different she did it without hesitation and was still nice after! She does what the customer wants... Exactly how it should be!

Found out Google has wrong hours listed. Best nails ever! Tina is the best! Nobody does nails like Tina!!! All new chairs and two special just for kids!! They close at 8 PM most nights.. All remodeled with brand new chairs!!

The people were nice but the shop was horribly dirty. It was definitely not sanitary. Then when she drained the water a horrible sewer gas came up. The lady told me it has been a problem for a while. The owner just gave me a mask like what they wear – but it did not stop the smell. It was not relaxing I was honestly trying not to vomit. It was so bad that I left before she even massaged and painted my toenails.

It was a good atmosphere positive energy however..the tech not only hurt me twice with that mechanical file but he was kinda rough with my hands... my coffin shape is uneven on most.. it all seemed a bit rushed.. and I was told os was going to be $35 dollars for my nails is ended up being $40 which prevented.. I did not question but ik that we should choose if we want to tip.. and given his service he certainly did not deserve it.. Im sorry (not really) but lets be honest.. I will not return

Absolutely horrible nothing was sanitary the tech ware gloves but didnt bother to change them when handling money, my sisters nails, or even another persons feet...... yuck......not only that but non of the equipment was in sanitary water........ My sisters acrylic nails werent even finished off correctly..... they had lots of lumps and werent evenly shaped....... I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...... and I will be placing a complaint with Health and Human Services.

Just got my nails done literally . Im so sad its my bday And wanted nice nails well I wanted chrome and black nails with dipped in glitter and I asked price they said 25 and so I sat down and they told me they didnt have those colors so i agreed to neon colors they said they didnt have that either so he showed me turquoise dark blue and glitter so I thought he was gunna try to do it the way I wanted nope they looked horrible after and nail polish is all over my hands to all my nails are dif lengths I had to paint over them to make myself feel better

First time I went here it was great, second time they charged my card for 8 dollars more, third time a cockroach fell on me from the ceiling and I waited over a hour with people coming in after me getting waited on before me! I ended up walking out and never going back!

Zero stars! Horrible service. I had an appointment; showed up on time, she started my mani & everything was going well.....a walk in arrives asking about brow waxing prices; the lady doing my nails told me to wash my hands & when I came back she was in the waxing room & told me 5 minutes I waited 15 minutes & she was barely finishing one brow. I find it very rude that she just set me aside like that, I clearly told them that I was on my lunch break when I made the appointment & also when I was picking the color I wanted. I ended up giving them back their discount card because I definitely will not be returning & I walked out. & on top of all that, its a mess in there!! You almost have to jump over things to get to their sinks.

Just got my nails done and they look bad I Asked for grey and baby blue and I got green sparkles I asked for them to fix it and they acted like it was a big deal and they made my sister nails bleed and the guy was adding stuff we didnt want and charged us 20 more dollors

Sad place. Went there to use a certificate I got got for Christmas and the nail tech had me soak for 15 mins while finishing her employees nails... Used stuff on me for pedicure that she tossed right back in the bucket. Eww. Bugs around the place too. Hurt me while pulling out ingrown toes and my feet were in pain and red the next day. Also another women came in and they called her sir and she was pissed... They talk about you to each other also

The tile on the floor is flaking, one of the water faucets is broken. Many of the chairs are old and needing replaced. So, If you want a attractive setting then go elsewhere.. IF YOU WANT A RELAXING UNFORGETTABLE PEDI THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! :)

I went here because I recently moved and thought it was close enough to my new home. They had an awesome selection of tips ans colors. However they seemed rude and they waited till I was finished to tell me to pay...and also that they only accept cash!!! I had to walk to the atm in their parking lot to pay. Then of all things my nails (a full set with the uv) ended up being ruff and my cuticle wasnt cleaned up. Im going back to get them filled but if they dnt fix them up better this time i suggest not going here

They glued my nails on the wrong way instead of being straight they were leaning to the left and right also when they applied the acrylic it was too lumpy. Not a good place to get ur nails done👎🏼
