My only real positive about OMNI is that the dietician is an amazing and informed person. Otherwise, you essentially read from printed material and participate in activities. Pretty much every eating disorder is treated the same way, regardless of its presentation. Any sort of actual, meaningful therapy would need to be done outside of program. Oh, and my biggest complaint? The staff is genuinely awful about communicating pretty much any information. Sometimes they dont get back to you for days (in a program where a lot of people attend daily). This might be an ok place to go if your eating disorder is relatively minor and you only need outpatient services, but for anyone entrenched in a serious ED, its probably a waste of time and money just to hear a 24 year old intern talk about their own issues and rarely get through any material.

Really enjoy Omni! They help so much!

We were in a house and once a week to read a book from their small library of strange books about people dealing with mental issues which I find could be triggering and give patients ideas. Meal time was okay. Too many of us though in the small room and table. We got to help prep our food if not work closely to cook it. Just felt very... Unprofessional? Dietician was a very nice lady though but we really didnt have much in regards of mental health help. Its good for people who need casual help, not for people who are buried deep in their ED.

Received treatment in May of 2016 and today I get a letter that I still owed money! Thank goodness I kept all my receipts! Oh and they staff was extremely unprofessional. The day program manager was such a wreck! She constantly talked about her issues and her dance lessons. We were her support when it should have been the other way around. I feel terrible that this place is the only option for treatment. I wish I would have went somewhere else.
