I needed heartland for a period of time and was recommended by my private doctor. They were timely, consistent- and notified me of any changes.I have nothing bad to say! They are definitely doing a service to our community by providing these services- Megan Wolff is a great therapist! She loves her patients and does what’s best for them, thank you heartland and Megan! ❤️

I got tested for something and the results meant a lot to me, on the day of a call appointment I got no call and when I called back it went to voicemail and no one called me back. Terrible service

If I could give fewer stars and still leave a review, I would. They like to tell people that they dont think any therapy is necessary and then a week or so later they change their minds. They supposedly have a housing assistance program but that is just giving you a list of people who have rental properties. Youre better off driving around or going online and looking for yourself. If you have to have an evaluation done or need some other kind of help I strongly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Great staff and service! People who want to put in the work needed to improve their lives benefit greatly from this organization. My family has used their services for years and are completely satisfied. Our personal experience and quality of life change are both unprecedented. A wide range of programs are available and those with patience and a sense of personal accountability will benefit greatly.

Their transportation department and people that transport children are absolutely awful. They are not professional, they are too close to the clients and they do things that they are not supposed to be doing and do not report it. I will never ever respect this company, very bad service. They are never willing to make changes to improve it, they should not even be in business. You try to call a supervisor you leave messages they never return your call evidently they dont want to better Heartland family services.

I have supported Heartland Family Service in the past and will continue to in the future because they have multiple programs that make a difference in the lives of people who are in difficult situations. The provide aid and shelter to people who need help. Many times, the people need help because of circumstances beyond their control. I would encourage you to support them too so people have the help they need when they need it.

While I love my Doctor since he moved here I havent been able to see him AT ALL and the people on the phone are utterly rude and disrespectful. Im going to have to find a new Dr. just because the office is THAT BAD.

Be prepared to sit in there for 4 hours and be told there are no appointments available. They will not warn you of this when you sign in.

Advertising counseling services and yet they have no counselors available (theyre full). Youre put on a waiting list in case someone drops out. They also do not accept people in Medicare. If youre in crisis, none for you.
