Coach Luke Olson is professional yet personable. He helped my son take his game to the next level and excel in the toughest part of sports.. the mental game. The skills Luke taught him will serve him well through so many real situations in life. Coach Luke provided text support between sessions and was dialed into to my sons individual needs while implementing a proven system to improve his performance. Highly recommended!

Becky presented at a Women in Sport Symposium on the topic of sports psychology and the science behind coaching female athletes. Her breakout was easily one of the most well-attended sessions, and we received nothing but positive feedback from attendees. The information she presented was insightful and helpful to the audience. I know that numerous people who attended the session that day have followed up and plan to utilize her to work with their teams in the future. As an organizer of the event, I can say it was a pleasure working with Becky throughout the entire planning process through final delivery. She has a positive attitude, great energy and is extremely good at what she does. I highly recommend Beckys services.

Working with Luke has transformed my mindset and approach to athletics and, by extension, all of my life. I wish that I had reached out for help sooner to address the struggles I deal with. For years I have experienced a major disparity between my performance in practice as a result of a mental block that I felt helpless to fix. Luke opened my mind to the things that I can control and has helped me develop a healthier approach to competition and any difficult task that I face in life. What I once felt was hopeless is now something that I know I can control. I deeply appreciate Lukes compassion and listening ear in working to alleviate my struggles. I highly recommend Luke to anyone that competes, as I believe everyone can learn from him in addressing their own unhealthy mental practices.

I have worked with Becky for about 6 months. I started seeing her to help strengthen my mental game within my sport (Olympic weightlifting). Not only has she helped me gain confidence in my training and competitive life, but also in my everyday personal life. She’s introduced me to the tools I need to implement major changes for myself, which is great, but she also taught me how to use those tools in the most effective way for ME.Her approach is compassionate and logical. When I leave her office I’m always excited for the coming days. I couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you for helping me, Becky!

Our 11 year old son has been a client for several months. We enjoyed working with Becky because she involves our family during a portion of each session. We all have the same goals for our son and my husband and I feel confident that our son is making progress because we are all on the same page. Our son even requests to see Becky! He is able to apply strategies in both the classroom and on the field. He has truly developed a mentor-mentee relationship with Becky. Becky is very professional and organized. She also tries her best to accommodate with our busy schedule!

Having experienced Becky working my teams and with individuals, I can honestly say I have never come across more of a professional who has the unique ability to unify and strengthen teams while increasing individual performance and self value like Becky. Her authenticity makes her extremely relatable to todays student-athlete! I highly recommend Becky for work with teams and individuals.

I feel so fortunate to have found Becky! She began working with my teenager this year on various strategies to manage self-doubt and fear of failure/embarrassment when playing sports. The practical techniques she uses have allowed him to channel negative thoughts and focus on simply being an athlete - and he is doing just that and loving his favorite sports again. We owe Becky a huge thanks and would recommend a million times over!
