Just had round #2 of the organic treatment after opting in for the spring aeration/over-seeding and getting the free grub control. And I can tell you it’s worth it! Great price, everyone has been super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Lawn looks great, no weeds and no bare spots. I’m signed up for the bag worm treatment in the next month or so. If you are military or out of town consistently. DO NOT trust Sunco. Came home after being gone 3 months to a dead lawn and lots of excuses. They never attempted to communicate issues to me that could have been resolved and instead just ignored the issues. When talking to management his concern was an unpaid bill (that came in the mail while I was gone) and not the dead grass they were hired to keep up. Look elsewhere for you lawn service

SunCo came through in a pinch, they were able to come repair my sprinkler system with short notice. I had holes dug to plant trees, and sprinkler lines showed up in all three holes. When Keith showed up, he made quick work of re-routing and repairing the lines. I would recommend SunCo for your sprinkler repairs.

The Mid Summer checkup and alignment of our sprinkler system was very professionally done. The tech did an excellent job. I needed to have my sprinklers adjusted because the HOA mowers keep knocking them off pattern and my lawn was frying! The entire system was checked and reset for better coverage during a time of high activity due to temps in the mid to high 90’s! Great job in a timely manner. SunCo has never disappointed us.

I have been using SunCo for several years for both sprinkler and yard maintenance. They are always call a few days before coming out to do my yard treatment and my lawn tech Joey always calls when he arrives to see if I have any questions or any needs. He is professional and has made my yard look so much better over the last several years!I have them come out twice a year to turn off and on the sprinkler system. They put my name on the list and call to let me know when they will be coming out. If I need help figuring out how to turn the water off or anything that needs to be done prior to their arrival they are always willing to help me navigate that process.

These guys are next level, I’ve used all the other companies for weed and feed and none of them worked. Not only does this work and my grass is back to looking amazing they came out fast. I had them come back about a week after my first application, my yard was so bad. They were back out the next morning and by the weekend my lawn was back to its formal glory. I used a national brand last year, the green one. My dogs would vomit and get sick after every application even after letting it dry over night. I follow instructions with SunCo and after a few hours my dogs are out and no issues whatsoever. I’ve even let my chickens roam by end of day and they are fine! You have a permanent customer! We rented our house for 4 years and SunCo is the company who services the sprinkler system. They have always been punctual, friendly, and helpful with our system. Now that weve bought the house were using them to revitalize the lawn. Their lawn services are very affordable, the techs are extremely friendly and helpful, and all of their representatives reach out personally to see what each lawn needs. Were very happy with SunCo and excited to see how our lawn is going to look!

Ted was our technician. Our appointment was scheduled between 10 & 2 and he arrived shortly after 10. The day he arrived is the day the lawns were being mowed. Ted willing left our house and did a neighbors. The lawn still hadnt been mowed. Ted returned around 2, after working on other near by jobs, and completed our sprinkler turn on. He also adjusted the days of watering to coincide with the new mowing schedule. His flexibility is truly appreciated.

Robert quickly fixed the problem with the sprinkler head riser and readjusted head. In and out in 15 minutes. Saved me what could have been a repair headache since sprinkler parts are scarce now. Wasn’t overcharged for service. Great job!

Jason and his team came out after a few delays which were weather related - They installed my sprinkler system and gave me a rain monitor at no extra charge for a verbal issue I had with Rob a co-owner - this was NOT Jason’s fault - he couldn’t have been more apologetic, empathetic and willing to do anything to make it right - Jason and his team worked all day and part of the next morning to finish up, explain the monitor box and how to use it and clean up - it was a pleasure working with all of them - If you want a sprinkler system I recommend Sunco and Jason - I also highly recommend a raise for Jason and his crew along with a promotion to Jason for his work ethic and people skills.A week after my sprinkler system, I had the best service from Ryan for my aereation and over seed - any questions I had he answered knowledgeably - Ryan and his partner took extra time in my problem area to double aereate and double seed - very satisfied and would recommend their service.

Mike and his crew built a beautiful waterfall in our back yard! Mike is a fantastic waterfall architect and it is obvious that he loves his work and he is a great student of the natures waterfalls. He is very particular, and in the end it looked like the waterfall was naturally occurring, with no man-made component at all! I love that his crew chief used a small part of our old stone from the wall. It was hard for me to trust someone with this project, given the cost of putting in this kind of waterscape and the fact that we had been wanting to do this for so long, but I can genuinely say that YOU CAN TRUST MIKE! We had a small problem with water loss and Mike kept on it until he found the issue and fixed it in no time. He also went the extra mile in a few ways, one being that he put some drainage tile in the area, to help prevent washing of soil around the area, based on his evaluation of the area while they were installing the waterfall, and he did not add this to the final charge. His crew was also great -- most exceptionally when they had to search for the water loss/leak. The two guys who helped with that get high marks -- very professional and kept me informed (Mike was great at this also) about what was going on. Mike does not shy away from getting back to you when needed either-- he is on it! I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and crew to anyone! TOP NOTCH!!!

Sunco has been taking care of my lawn for the past two seasons and has helped subdue and control crab grass and clover. The sections of the yard that get lots of sun are still green in August. They provide helpful tips to keep it looking good between monthly visits. Their techs are knowledge and give good recommendations for any questions I have about taking care of my yard. I will continue to use Sunco for seasons to come.

Alfredo was here again took care of shutting down my sprinkler system. He remembered my dog and played with him. Very professional and a nice young man.Sunco also took care of an issue with my koi pond. They have also done my pond Spring clean up for years. There were multiple issues that Robert had to troubleshoot that included valve repair, control box repaid, and several sprinkler line repairs. Courteous and professional - great job!

SunCo provided several services here. Sprinkler set ups and turn offs for the season were done by Alfredo and Keith and a very prompt additional trip by Keith when we had a broken head and some issues with sprinklers not working at front of house.I had put up bird feeders to entertain the indoor cats and had issues with the sprinkler dousing the seed. Keith spent time trying to balance the watering need with keeping seed dry at the limb height I had to work with. Jeff has been here this season for lawn fertilizing and was kind enough to answer some questions and point me in a needed direction.We had a swarm of Japanese Beetles that attacked the cherry trees and several other bushes and moved to the front garden to destroy. Jackson came to treat and on his second treatment he asked if I had any questions before he began. There are several butterfly and hummingbird attracting plants here and other than a day on the first application they stayed away, we were back to normal to enjoy them without any harm to the a living thing from what was sprayed. By the way the lure on the traps just call them to dinner so dont bother.Brian H and another team member (Joseph?) came for the aeration and over seeding. They all knock and identify they are here, call before they arrive if we have an appointment to access the water, they are respectful and present as willing to help and make sure the customers needs and concerns are addressed.

Ive used SunCo for about 8 years and they have always been professional, courteous and more importantly, on time. I use them for both activating and winterizing my sprinklers and I have had no problems.

I switched to SunCo to try the organic fertilizer and I have been very impressed. I highly recommend Robert, he has done a great job taking care of my lawn and letting me know if there are any problems with the lawn that he can take care of. I had a situation where I was about to mow the lawn when Robert showed up to put down fertilizer I told him I need to mow the lawn first and he had no problem with doing a couple other accounts and coming back to do mine. Very friendly and efficient guy.

SunCo has always been on-time with their appointments. Weve used them 5+ years now for our sprinkler system. When there has been a problem after an appointment, theyve corrected it quickly and without charges except for materials. When I have called, the office staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Depending upon what is being done they are usually finished within 30 minutes or less.

Lawn looks great! Only our first treatment so far, but the tech took the time to tell my wife about the material beimg put down, what to expect, etc. Timing couldnt have been better... light drizzle a day or two later to get it wetted down, then a good solid rain a day or two later. If the lawn looks this good the rest of the year, Ill be a happy guy.

We have used SunCo for years, after purchasing a new house we had them come out to evaluate the system. Our technician Alfredo did a great job finding leaks and buried sprinkler heads, walking us through everything that he did and setting up our timer for maximum efficiency.

Tom is a awesome tech. I request him for my spring turn on and my fall turn off. He is very detailed and makes sure that everything is working or shut off properly. In addition to all of this, he is very friendly. If Tom ever left Sunco, I would probably switch to another sprinkler company.

My rain sensor was not working, it had just been installed the prior year. Alfredo came out and found a couple of the wires looked like they were connected, but weren’t! So he connected them and all is well. It’s the little things that Sunco does that make a big difference!

They have been great since I started using them. This last time when they blew out my lines they were efficient, fast, and rang the doorbell to let us know when they pressurized the line to get our drip leg closed.

I use Sunco for my sprinkler system, yard services, and pests. Their employees have always been too notch. The ladies in the office are amazing as well.

I have been a Sunco customer for 13 years and highly recommend them. Their knowledge of proper turf care is the best in Omaha. I use them for mowing, chemical application and sprinkler maintenance. I have always been impressed with both the office and field team but today Jeff knocked my socks off!! He was out today repairing our sprinkler system and I have never seen anyone work so hard and so fast and ensured the job was done right. Hard to find people like that today!
