Needed to rent a forklift and everyone in town was out of them. Honeyman suggested a telehandler which I decided to rent. It got the job done. I worked with multiple people on the rental and delivery of the equipment and everything went smoothly. Would recommend.

Recently rented a lift, it worked at the place when first picked up not good up got it to work. Then got it to my place and the gravel wouldn’t get it level right for the old machine and that wasn’t stated before renting it and then when returning they tried selling me the better one for almost double and would only give me a partial refund and we didn’t even have it 2 hours and 1 hour of that was drive time to the rental facility. Very unexpressed and as a business owner I can safely say this is bad and greedy place that cares nothing more than an about making that extra buck.

Great place to rent everything. This is one on the only rental stores I will go to! They have just about anything you need and they have multiple of them so you will hardly hear that they are currently all rented out. This truly is a one stop shop for all rentals and their prices are good!

Rented a concrete saw for two days and ended up not needing it. Brought it back after 1 day. I get that there should be rental cost for the day as it was not available to rent to others. But to be charged $65 for blade usage when the saw never got used? Come on!! I will NEVER rent from here again.

Anna (CSR) was a spectacular help in getting my order together, organized, revised, and set up. Really smooth process overall from start to finish, and on a tight schedule. Highly recommended for party services.

Make sure you read the fine print on the rental contract. They charged me an extra day because they were closed on Sunday. Place is a dump. The only reason this business exist is because they are the only place in town.

We rented a ladder hoist to lift shingles. Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. The customer service is awesome. Although the ladder hoist had some issues and didn’t work out for us, the guys at the shop did everything they could for us and gave us a full refund. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They have everything you can probably think of to rent for your home project.

Guys are great there. First time renting heavy equipment and they didnt make me feel dumb. Took it out for a day rental and was 3 hrs over. Guy was nice enough not to charge me an overage fee.

We have traded with Honeyman on numerous occasions over the last 25 years and had great service . what few times we had incurred an equipment failure, they promptly made the adjustments or swapped out the machine. A simple call and conversation gets us the service and equipment we need. Thanks Troy for the years of Great Service...

I would definitely recommend this business. My roommate told me about HoneyMan Rent-All when I was in a bind when other plans fell through last minute. We needed a few extra tables and chairs for my finances and my engagement party the day of the party. I called them first thing in the morning and spoke with Pat. They offered to drop off the tables and chairs, which was incredibly helpful especially since it was so last minute. They said the tables would be delivered before 5 pm and they were delivered by around noon. HoneyMan Rent-All was a heaven sent for my family!! Everyone was able to find a place to sit down and enjoy their dinner at our party and Im so thankful I heard about them. The night went perfectly and we now have nothing but good memories from the party. I will definitely spread the word about this business to everyone I know if they ever need something in the future. Shady business practices is all I can say about this place.They called me the day before my reservation and asked if I “could pick up the night before to save some money on the rental fee”. When I arrived, I was charged full price and met with a “oh no, my employee meant that you’d be saving time”. While returning the equipment an hour before my 3 hour reservation window expired they had the audacity to say “what took you so long? I had a guy trying to rent it again this morning”I have rented equipment from them for several years and have even purchased a used piece of equipment from them, but this was completely unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Rented a piece of equipment that had not been maintained at all. It did not work, so we spent the first day cleaning it and trying to get it to work. The second day it catastrophically failed and they still charged us for a day. We did not return it the first day because they’re one of the only places in town that had the piece of equipment we needed and if we exchanged it, it probably wouldn’t be in any sort of serviceable condition either. If you need something that’s been maintained and is guaranteed to work don’t go here.

Weather was causing some bad traffic and so I was running late to return a generator that we had borrowed over the weekend. I knew if I couldnt make it in time, we would be charged another days rental. I called and a guy named Steve answered the phone. While I could imagine he wanted to get home himself he agreed that they would stay open long enough for me to return the generator to avoid an extra charge. Steve was understanding and very helpful! Equipment worked great and I really appreciated them willing to stay open a few extra minutes to accommodate me!

Great place to rent equipment. After the basement flooded had to rent some fans and dehumidifiers. They explained how to use the equipment and the staff was really nice and helpful in making suggestions about what equipment and how long to rent for. Would highly recommend.

Weve gone there several times to rent plumbing snakes, or to refill our propane tanks for our grill. The customer service has always been nothing but exceptional. The employees always made sure we were familiar with the proper operation and safety procedures of any piece of equipment we were planning on using.All I can say is, keep up the good work! We will continue to go back for all our rental and propane needs!

This was the first time Ive used Honeyman. I needed something to remove the campfire smell from my apartment - minor but it was making me sick. These were the people I had the pleasure of working with to solve my dilemma. They knew that an ozone machine (?) would help me with my problem. I tried originally to contact a cleaning company and had awful customer service there and received no assistance, so I was referred here next. I was able to rent the item, they helped me and shared the knowledge they had about this device with me so I could use it properly. Im super happy and grateful for them. From what I can tell - I just finished using the machine an hour ago, that it helped with my problem. More than anything these guys helped me and were extremely nice (versus condescending which can happen with people who have more knowledge than the inexperienced users.) Thank you guys so much!

Rented a floor cleaning machine. I was told on the phone 50$ a day. When I got there it was 90$ a day. Then when I got a chance to use the machine. It didnt work like it was supposed to. This machine would have saved me hours cleaning a polished concrete floor. Instead the machine didnt pick the water off the floor like it should. Also leaked all over. When I took the equipment back. They did nothing about it. The main boss went over the intercom and said would the customer with the truck and trailer move before they move it with a forklift. By this time I was so pissed. They people there attitude suck and still charged me full price For a machine I couldnt even use.

Somehow it was my fault that they did not charge us enough for our rental. When we returned our piece of equipment and had to pay more, they were not great at explaining why. Not great customer service.

Honeyman double charged us on two orders and became very defensive when I pointed this out, trying to blame-shift onto us. Very unprofessional and could easily have been resolved without being condescending or evasive.

Ive used them for many years for my home through all the construction work ive done in 20 plus years but recently i rented a mainline sewer snake which ive rented many times. The one they gave me this time im pretty sure its the same one ive used years ago only this time the electrical cord isnt secured very well and wrapped with electrical tape. Well i went in once and didnt think it sounded quite right. Felt the motor it was hot. I couldent take it back because my wife had the only vehicle. So i let it cool switched it to reverse and tried to bring it back. But nothing but buzzing. So i just manually pulled it back. Next morning i took it back and told them thinking thel give me another one or at least part of my money back but instead tried to make it look like it was my fault. So i forked out more money and went to home depot. The condition of theres much nicer and they give you gloves. Plus other than the security deposit they was cheaper. I had zero issues it worked great. I will probably never go back to honey mans.

As a business owner who rents alot and enjoyed my relationship with this company, I will no longer use this company. A little flexibility goes a long ways.

I do not like how the guys in the yard treat everyone as incompetent and are rude pull in their small parking lot with a 16 ft trailer pulled in the gate to park got some guy barking at my old man saying we are blocking his dock and we need to find another place to park I been there on several occasions treated the same but they are very reasonable on price thats the only plus side

DO NOT COUNT ON THEM. We rented chairs for our wedding. Paid cash in advance. Went to pick up 200 chairs the morning of the wedding and guess what they rented them to someone else the day before. We had just a few hours to get chairs. They offered us some different ones if **WE** would drive to lincoln and pick them up ourselves. there was no time to drive two hours there and back when we had already two months in advance paid for them They were very rude and acted like not having the chairs for our wedding was no big deal. They never even apologized. I was soo taken aback and the horrible service and zero caring,. Thank god for Clay Whites rental who after calling around franctic made it possible for us to have chairs. Avoid at all costs and Shame on you guys

This place is a rip off! I rented a 50 foot electric snake from this place, I took it back to my house and the tip of it fell off in my floor drain! I took it back not even 15 minutes later and told them what happened. Them gave me this cheesy magnet to try to fish the piece out no luck at all. So I called them up to cancel the order and looked in my account and they still ran the card! 40 bucks for nothing I will be working on getting my money back. Stay away they will rob you, this place doesnt deserve a star not even a quarter star.

Expensive and rude. Rented a carpet fan for $70 a week, brought it back exactly a week later and they tried to charge me another day because it was at the end of the day. Went to Rental city and got the same fan for $99.99 for 4 weeks! Not impressed.
