Customer service was great. But what i wanted to do didnt work.
I have rented numerous larger yard tools from this location. They ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!!The tools are extremely well maintained and the knowable staff always makes sure you know what you have and Howe to properly use it!
Purchased a ryobi hammer drill. Motor burned up. Tried returning but couldnt find a receipt. They told me to call ryobi. Ryobi told me to take into thier tool repair department due to under warranty. I attempted today.The lady at home depot told me i needed to pay 18.95 in case ryobi doesnt cover the repair for thier diagnostics...really for this $40 drill??? No common sense..i left the drill there and told her to keep it..Lowes will be my next choice...
