I have called the published phone number 3 times to get a bid on replacing our elevator or having our current elevator repaired. Twice, I was told I would get a call back, but that has never happened. The third call today, I was told that I had to speak to billing. that seemed odd to me considering what I needed was potentially having them install a new elevator, but he gave me the number and insisted that I call that number. I did that, but I got a voice mail and when I was transferred to leave a voice mail, that voice mail box was full. I wish someone from the local Otis Company in Omaha NE would just call me. Or apparently they do not need any business....Omaha?? Can you hear me? I need help with an elevator!

The tech was very knowledgeable and had my elevator up and running in no time. My guests appreciate not having to use the stairs.
