It was a great place to work, the management really work well with all of its labor force . the human resources also as management work well with the labor force , it was a true team situation.

We have a problem with our equipment and we have called for tech support and they wont call our electrician back.

Nice enough place to load

Awful place to work. They killed my drive, passion and belief that I could be something special if I gave it everything I had. Working limitless hours with unrealistic production demands in a completely broken system and process. This job deteriorated my physical and mental health over a two year span. Minimum eleven hours a day. Often without the ability to take a break. Also working most Saturdays and during the week it was often well into the late evening hours before I could go home. This still was not enough. With a couple of boss that treated their employees like dogs. (Threatening jobs, Indirectly and directly calling you stupid, Complete and utter disregard for the situation when brought up to HR) In fact retaliation is regular here which is why almost everybody that runs in to mistreatment wont report it. In management, they will literally teach you to pretend to care about an employee to pry for information. They will slave drive you in to complete mental and physical collapse and still want more out of you. I hope that one day these people develop a soul and start really thinking about the way they treat people. Their customers, employees and coworkers deserve better. They put on a good front but behind the scenes it is a completely different ballgame. Do not work here if you are anything less than a VP caliber employee. Understand that these are the facts. These are not assumptions. Been there, been through it, not worth it. Good luck

Its been going downhill since it got bought out by GSI, it used to be a good place to work, but now most of the people who knew what they were doing have left.
