Aldon Al Thompson installed my brand new Bruno Elite Straight Rail Stairlift. This was done efficiently and quickly, something that I thought would have been performed by two individuals. In fact, the whole process from the time we called Kohlls to get an estimate until the chair was installed was quick and efficient and has made my life easier. I recommend Kohlls to everyone for everything. I have received my shingles shots there and my lift chair. I am so happy with my ramp & deck that Mark, Alex, & Mike built! They took their time to make it exactly like it was supposed to be. It is beautiful & I love being out there & have people walking by tell me how nice it looks. One of my neighbors came by & said for me not to be surprised if she shows up to have coffee with me some morning! It is so much easier for me to to get out the door & down the ramp with my walker. I depend heavily on Kohlls to keep me rolling on everyday. Without my power chair I would have no choice but to stay home. As with anything that has a lot of moving parts numerous break downs are unavoidable and usually need to be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks to Jeff in the wheelchair repair department I know I will be able to get in and be back to living life pretty much immediately. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and reaches out to Quantum if needed. Jeff is very personable and always makes me feel comfortable. I was so excited when he presented me with a 3D joy stick shaped like a kitty that he had made for me. During our conversations as he worked on my chair I mentioned that I helped with cat rescue groups and had two feral rescue kitties that I dearly loved.
