We hired Randall renovations to update our bathroom, shower/tub and sink. It looks so nice and was very well installed. Jesse was great to work with. He was well priced especially for the high quality of material and precision care he put toward the project. I have recommend him to anyone looking for renovating kitchen or bathroom.

I cant say enough good things about Randall Renovations. The reason why I used them is simple and to the point. I was only reaching out to them and ask for a price quote. I was intending to not use them but as a water mark on what I was being quoted by a recommended contractor. In turn I worked with the owner Jesse and he was direct and explained why he wanted to do the work this way. His quote was not a huge difference in price but he was super thorough. Being factious, I showed Jesse that this other contractor was saying that he could do the work cheaper. As Mr. Randall looked through the quote he asked me one question, and I was immediately listening to what he had to say. He said are we just do the bare minimum? Or are you attempting to build additional value in my home? Well of course I want to build value! As he went through the quote he showed me what the other contractor was doing. He explained in their industry, its a race to zero. Contractors are so stuck on being the cheapest. He said clearly this person is not doing everything that I would recommend and in the long run the work would look not as presentable let alone add little to no value to the home. I decided to contact the other contractor. Especially since my friend was using them already and they came highly recommended. The other contractor then became not so friendly. He asked me a question that made me say do not work with this contractor I was recommended. He simply said, Oh, well if you want to look nice. Then I can do that! What? Look nice? Are you being serious? I let this other guy add to his quote and in turn he ended up being more than Randall Renovations. Now that both of our kitchens have been completed. My friend that used the other contractor. I decided to go with Randall Renovations. My kitchen is completely better looking. All of this is a credit to this company. The owner was completely on the level of what a home owner wants. He explained that his goal is to make a long term customer, not just use him once and done. I can say my friend that recommend the other guy now uses Randall Renovations and agrees with me there is no reason to ever have someone else do work on our homes.

I had a bathroom built in my basement and it’s everything I asked for. The work was done quick and skillful. The area was kept clean and organized. It was a pleasure working with Jesse. I definitely recommend working with him 💯

Very pleased with the work that was put out from his crew.They paid attention to detail and always try to make sure we were happy.Jesse was very well rounded in every area as far as a business point of view very professional always communicated and always answers any questions we had though out project. We have had Jesse manage interior and exterior painting, basement finishing, tiling, and wood floor installation. Jesse knows what looks good, gives attention to detail, and gets the work done right. He is one of the most knowledgeable contractors around.

We used Randall Renovation for bathroom remodeling project and tiling of a couple of small hallways. Jesse was very personable and we liked his crew as well as him.Everything seemed fine during the project. A couple of glitches but nothing major.When the project was finished everything looked ok but after a few months the grout started coming out of the floor tiles and some of the tiles in the heavily trafficked area came loose.We first called Jesse but he wouldnt respond. We texted and emailed and finally after a few weeks he responded by text that he was really busy and working twelve hour days but he would be out in a couple of weeks. He never showed up.Another forty five days passed with limited communications and the same response that he was working twelve hour days and would be out in a couple of weeks. He would never talk to us on the phone. He did add further that now he was helping hail victims in Blair and the tiles coming up at our place was only cosmetic.Bottom line the tiles were installed improperly and he never came out(for three months) to see what the extent of the problem was. So going on our experience, you dont get any guarantee that the job will be done right and he doesnt come back to fix his companys workmanship issues.Buyer beware.

Hired Randall Renovations to complete project in my home to include install of basement bathroom/closet, replacement of waste stack which was leaking from upstairs bathroom. Terminated service w/company less than a month into project due to several issues; poor quality workmanship, poor communications, missed timelines, failure to obtain permits and have work inspected. Requested itemized statement of what he had into project at time of termination and list of contractors he had in my home and he refused to provide which leads me to question if licensed plumbers or electricians were being used. He is not licensed to do either electrical or plumbing work. When questioned today in arbitration hearing - was work done legally response was work was done to code. Not a yes in my book. Buyer beware.
