I called needing a couple of rooms and a hallway cleaned. One bedroom had urine odor to it. They were able to get me scheduled within a week. The tech was on time, texted when he was on his way and it took less than an hour. There were no high pressure sales for more services and my carpets (which are almost 10 years old) look almost new. This is the second time Ive used this company and Ill use them again in the future as needed.

Ken and his team were not only very friendly and professional, but cleaned essentially all of the carpet in our house including an area rug in such a short amount of time. Additionally, the dry time is very fast and we were able to move furniture back the same day!

We chose Chem-Dry b/c they had many price options. We could clean what we needed at an affordable cost ($40 a room) They came & cleaned our stairs, entryway & living area for under $200. We were quoted $250 for 1 room from many other places in Omaha. They were super nice, professional & did a great job. We will use again for our carpet cleaning needs.

Update as of April 2021Ken was awesome! Scheduling and notification process was just as seamless as last year. Ken completed 2 rooms, the stairs, an area rug, 2 couches and a chair in under 2 hrs (from arrival to departure). It all looks great!! And I will be back next year!2020 - Jimmy was great. Very helpful and honest. The process of scheduling was very easy and they provided a good estimate over the phone so I knew what I was paying upfront. They sent a reminder text the day before and a text 25 min prior to arrival. Jimmy completed 3 rooms and a set of stairs in less than 1.5 hrs and the floors look amazing!! Couldnt have asked for more.

When I called to schedule my carpet cleaning Tracy said that the team would arrive between 2-4pm and that they would send me a text 30 mins prior to their arrival. I received a text at 2pm letting me know they would be arriving at 2:30. Ken and his team came in and did a walk thru and we discussed which rooms I wanted to be cleaned/treated. They were done within an hour and my carpets look SO good! Ken was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Omaha and will be a repeat customer.

Our experience with Chem-Dry of Omaha was AMAZING. We cleaned our carpets ourselves and then our wet Saint Bernard (it rained before bedtime) slept overnight on the damp carpet. This caused a HORRIBLE, wet, musty smell. My Husband tried to clean the carpet with three different cleaners/steamers. Chem-Dry came out with AMAZING customer service, very informative, didn’t “up sell” and push a ton of stuff on us. The smell is COMPLETELY gone! We will always use Chem-Dry going forward.

Came out next day and attempted to clean a paint spill that a professional had spilled and tried to clean up without informing me or my wife. They did a great job with what they were working with and even used extra time to clean another area for no extra charge. Just an awesome experience and well certainly be using them again .

I have used several different companies around the metro area and have ALWAYS had the best success with Chem Dry. We have 22 year old carpet and after they clean it feels so soft and looks significantly better, even the high traffic areas that were always dull seem to brighten up. My carpets were absolutely horrible and within an hour they looked amazing!! They even got out spilled food coloring! Beyond impressed!

I waited about a month to post to see how the service held up. We got the whole package with carpet sanitizing and a protector ($500+ after tax). The protectant works well, liquids do stay at the surface for quick clean up. The carpet looks no different. No clear change initially or a month later. The cleaning did nothing for high traffic areas. After the service our whole house smelled bad and there was definitely no fresh scent. Employees were quick finishing in about an hour, but it makes me wonder if they rushed the process. Staff was friendly and scheduling easy. In general felt overall quality not worth the cost.
