I had a carpet patch work done and it was incredible! You cannot tell it was ever damaged. Our pet had chewed a hole all the way to the floor and it was repaired perfectly. Cannot recommend higher for service, professionalism, and quality work done for a great price! If you need a carpet repair, look no further.

This company was amazing! They answered my call straight away, they came out the very next day. They werent on time, but no biggie, I work from home so for me that doesnt matter much. This type of service, you can never tell exactly how long a job is going to take, and that can affect times the rest of the day. But Steve did an amazing job! The carpet in my apartment looks brand new again, my dog has been very sick recently, and he was able to pull all the smell and stains out leaving the carpet smelling awesome. I 100% recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!!

I called Action Flooring because we had some water get on carpet in our basement after a sewer backup, and they were able to come over and inspect the situation within an hour. We thought we were going to have to tear up and replace all the carpet, but they said because the flooring in our basement is commercial grade and has no padding, we just need to wet-vac it, dry it out with a dehumidifier and fans, spray antimicrobial stuff on it, and then have the carpets cleaned in a week. Im so relieved Action Flooring didnt try to sell us expensive things we dont actually need! Honest with great customer service, and Im sure theyll do a fabulous job cleaning the carpets next week!

I called Action flooring and carpet cleaning on Saturday May 2nd. We were closing on our new home that smelled so badly like animal, I could hardly stand it. We were in rush to have it done before we moved in on Monday May 4th. They were able to come out in Sunday May 3rd and clean the carpets for us. The animal smell was GONE and hasn’t come back. I was fully expecting to still smell animal and be forced to replace the carpet and pad, so when we walked in after they were done we were blown away! I can’t thank them enough for getting the carpets done in such a small time window. I will always refer my family and friends to them! 10/10 recommend this company!

Great price and good service, overall very satisfied. -1 star as we received the rug later than expected—was initially said to be done in “a few days to a week,” but took just over two weeks instead. However, the wait was worth it and the rug has never looked better. Would go again if needed.

With only 3 hours notice, days before Christmas, Action Flooring accommodated my 911 carpet cleaning and scotch gaurd request. Most companies wanted to charge a short notice fee and holiday fee. No one else could come as quickly, either. We are so thankful that not only did we have our needs met, but also weren’t charged fees for the time of year or short notice call. Best of all, our carpets look and SMELL like new. A miracle after several pet accidents over the last month. Thank you, Action Flooring! Your time, effort, generosity and kindness are so appreciated! Pure professional! Our dog decided to chew on a printer ink cartridge while sitting on the sofa. One quick call to Wes, and he was here within a half hour to get as much ink out of our sofa as he could before it all set in. His customer service skills are second to none, he really cares about putting out his best product for his customers. We have used him in the past for whole-house carpet cleaning, again we were super pleased with the turnout and level of service. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Our basement flooded and we had to remove the carpet pad under a section of the carpeted area. After clean up, I got a recommendation form a co-worker to call Wes. I am glad I did. He came out quickly and replaced the carpet pad and put my carpet back there way it was after we pulled a large section up. After the repair, the carpet pulled away from the old metal edge piece. He sent his helper Tom out and he replaced all 3 of the old metal strips and put the carpet back again at no charge. I will be a customer from now on with any of my carpet needs. The quality of a company can be proven by how they correct an issue and Action is a high quality company. I would highly recommend them and will surely give their name to anyone looking for help with carpet.

They did a fantastic job power stretching our carpet that was rolling/bunching in several different directions. Good as new! Given how much carpet they stretched and removed, they had to do some patch work, particularly around our floor HVAC vents. You cant even notice! Easy to schedule and timely appointments (we had to wait about a week). We highly recommend them.

I had knocked nail polish off the end table onto the carpet causing a 14inch streak of nail polish. I thought I would be replacing all the carpet. Steve came the next day and was able to get the entire stain out and it looks good as new! I wish I could post a before/after picture.

Beyond impressed with Action Flooring and Carpet Cleaning!!! After my beloved German Shepherd became sick all over the carpet, I found Action Flooring. I filled out their Contact Us form on their website around 9pm. Not only did they immediately return my call, they offered to come that night to help me! We ended up scheduling the cleaning for the next day, which was equally as impressive. They arrived and I was blown away by how kind and polite these two men were. Unbeknownst to me, I dropped my car keys while explaining the situation to them downstairs. One man noticed my keys and buzzed upstairs to return them to me; concerned that when I needed my keys, I would never find them. Called a couple local carpet cleaners around Omaha, looking to find someone to get the carpets clean in a house we were closing on. The prices I got quoted for cleaning were pretty much all within the ballpark of one another, Action Flooring included, so I had to look at other factors. Im a big believer in attitude being a good indicator of what quality of service to expect. Since Wes, the man I spoke to for a quote, was responsive and personable over the phone I decided to go with Action Flooring. He was able to book me an hour after my closing time, and when the closing was push back due to a sellers issue, he had no problem pushing the appointment to later in the night (5pm). Great service in all.As for the quality of work, I have no complaints. Im no expert in carpet cleaning, but the cleaning was done quickly (around a 1000 sqft done in an hour), made the carpet (Old thick stuff from a 70s house) look nice and new, and I was charged what he quoted me on.Long story short, if youre looking to get carpet cleaned in the Omaha area I have no problem reccomending Action Cleaning.
