We used this service when we purchased our house in June 2020. The previous owners left the carpet disgusting! We were literally closing on our house and they had left town so. Our realtor recommended Blue Ribbon. He was able to squeeze us in and work his magic. He got out pet stains and whatever else was left on that carpet for the most part. Some were so deep it was going to take more time to work them out. He told us the best ways to keep working on it. The carpet looks so much better, is super soft, and fluffy. We are very happy with this company.
