Wish I could give 0 stars to a truly lazy and incompetent contractor. He DEMANDED the final payment before the work was completed (almost 10k) and upon receiving the last payment, he left the job high and dry. He said he would reimburse us for the work not done - but guess what? He didn’t. Truly an appalling experience.

DO NOT HIRE Bob Clark Construction or any other business Bob owns. He was hired to finish our basement for my mother to move in. With still work to be done and after receiving two large payments from my 71 year-old-mother, Mr. Clark pulled himself and his company off of our project. We found this out from the drywall company who contacted us to say that Bob Clark refuses to pay them the rest of the money owed to them for services completed. He had taken the 2nd payment of roughly $10,000 from my mother, which he asked to be written in his name and not the company name in order to save in taxes. Bob Clark then pulled out of the project without any comment other than that he is filing Bankruptcy.
