When Mike and I first talked about replacing our shower, we thought about having one of our relatives or friends do it in tile. After a little research however, we decided we would prefer not to have to deal with cleaning grout, and soon found a design that we both really liked. I made a call to Clear Choice and set up an appointment with Kristi to visit our home and discuss our preference for our dream shower. We showed her the picture of one example that we loved and Kristi was able to exactly replicate it. Kristi did some preliminary measuring, discussed our ideas, and we eventually came to an agreement and signed a contract.During the next few weeks between snowfalls and really cold weather, we were pleased to host both teams of installers, sometimes all four guys at the same time until the final project was completed. I made it clear to them (Bill, Dustin, Jose, and Luis) that we were very impressed with their professionalism and efforts to leave the place cleaner than they found it. This was formidable accomplishment given the adverse weather conditions they were constantly working under. Anyway, it went really well and we couldnt be happier with the outcome.That having been said, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to any of my family or friends, or use them again if the need ever arises. Our guest bathroom shower tile desperately needed to be replaced. Moisture was getting through the grout around the old 4 tiles that we couldnt clean, they were barely supported by water-damaged wallboard, and the whirlpool bath was dated and needed to go. I shopped for solutions to our problem, but the only other acceptable solution local to Omaha was wildly expensive and required maintenance that I was told I couldnt do myself (not that I wanted another item to maintain!). While searching, I came across Clear Choice Bath - their current website really doesnt mention it, but they offered a custom manufactured shower wall product that seemed to be the perfect solution! I contacted them and set up a consultation. The price was reasonable and the product in my hands looked nice and was solid, so we came to an agreement and arranged an installation.Bill and Hugo arrived at my house on time to perform the work. Hugo actually did 95% of the work; he removed the old walls and tub quickly and almost silently, and prepped the walls and floor with backing material the first day. I should also mention that the whole time he kept the work area clean and neat. Then in the next few days he installed the universal plumbing kit for the shower, a new bathtub, new wall material, trim and shower shelves, and finished them out; Bill installed a light over the shower and found a solution to wire it up using the old whirlpool bath wiring. As the installation progressed, both Hugo and Bill kept up communication, letting me know problems they came across, leaving and returning, etc.Most of the time I try to take a hands off approach when someone is doing work on my house - after all, THEY are the professionals and I shouldnt need to supervise them, right? I have discovered this is not usually the case, however this was one rare time I felt comfortable letting the pros do their thing.We were so happy with the results of the first project that we decided to return to Clear Choice to have the master shower replaced (moisture was getting behind the tile, grout couldnt be cleaned). We also requested an old ceiling soffit removed, a new shower light and a bathroom vent fan installed. Once again, Hugo performed the work (we requested him) on the shower, removing the old tile walls and shower pan, and installing the new plumbing kit, pan, walls and ceiling. As before, he kept the work area clean and neat. Bill returned and wired the light and the vent fan, and ran the ducting; he was able to provide a switch for the fan in my desired location.All in all, our experience with this team was great, and the results of both projects outstanding! They take pride in their work and are detail oriented, which, Im finding, is fairly rare in Omaha.

Very pleased with the service provided from Kristi. She went above and beyond in helping me with my design, meeting with me to pick out my flooring, coming over to check to make sure everything was moving along as planned. Thank you to Dustin and his help with installation and extra care that he used in making sure that everything was completed to my expectations. He left the area clean when he would leave for the day. There were a couple of bumps but in the end, we love our finished product! Kristi Danielson got us started easily as we talked about what we were wanting to accomplish. Our brand new shower and vanities are perfect! The guys, Bill, Dustin and Jose, were great to work with, they were attentive to our needs and were always on time. Kristi came to our home to give us an estimate on our downstairs remodel. We were so impressed with her professionalism, prompt arrival and knowledge. Clear choice did an absolutely beautiful job with our basement bathroom. The team was very professional and completed the job with about 7 or 8 days. The clean up was completed as they stated from the beginning. We were quoted a good price and the finished product was worth every dime. After our appointment we decided to move forward. The installers were very professional and the whole thing went very smooth. Any issues they found were taken care of, no short cuts.
