My husband and I are from Sioux City and used them twice. The first time I was very impressed, the second time NOT SO MUCH! The first time we did kitchen countertops. They were very reasonable and came in cheaper than anybody around and did a wonderful job. But the second time..........I was extremely disappointed with not only price but workmanship! I made a special trip to Omaha to look at the granite and made sure to say I was needing some pieces to put together for a tub surround and didnt want to spend a lot. He showed me a piece he had left over but it wasnt my style. I found a piece I liked and waited for the day of measurements. When my bill came from Yongs Sioux City partner yesterday my husband thought it was SO high because it had our vanity on it. But we clarified it today and found out we were charged $2200 for a tub surround!!!!!!!!!!! 59x29 not a huge tub. AND they used a whole slab and didnt tell us OR give us the remaining granite. So they will use it for somebody else and make a profit on them as well!

Yong is very professional and went above and beyond to help us on our project. Everything was installed quickly and it looks wonderful. The quartz is a great price and the cabinets are high quality and a better price than the big kitchen places in town. We highly recommend them.

The owner was very nice and willing to work with me to get my countertops in after my contractor (Herzog Gerson Ramirez) ran off with my money without paying the deposit or anything. They sped up my order since my entire kitchen was in disarray and got in in quickly and I was so grateful. I was a little too grateful, as I paid them in full without realizing that they didnt give me exactly what I had paid for. Unfortunately, they used some poor quality granite on the area by my sink (the area I use the most). The granite there is far from smooth, you can feel the pock marks on it. I didnt notice it at first because my plumbing was out so long that I couldnt use it, but when I started using it, it became very apparent. The rest of my countertops are smooth, but that entire section of granite is really rough (dishrags snag on it). I called to see if they could buff it out but my call was never returned).

Wow! This is who you should be using in the Omaha area - no doubt! I was in the midst of a major renovation on our home in West Omaha, and was looking for affordable quality. I found it tough to get with the big name kitchen and counter stores you are probably looking at. The experience was night-and-day with Yong and Granite and Cabinet Nation of Omaha. Affordability, customer service (small shop with on-call type support), and a high quality product well enjoy for years to come! Yong beat the prices of others, our schedule was his, and he and the crew come in and get the job done, my wife and I hardly noticed they were here. For good people and good products at quality pricing, take Yong and this newer company into consideration. You wont regret it!

Huge variety and great selection of granite quartz and marble countertops!

Owner appears nice at first until you realize its all a front to take advantage of people.To start, my afternoon appointment was scheduled for one for install and had to wait until they showed up at 7. Had to call them twice for them to even show up at 7. They tried twice to install my counters miscutting once and then tried to install one with a crack saying it was natural veining with the stone. It was very evident that it was not the natural veining of the stone because I could stick my finger nail down the crack into the stone. To give him the benefit of the doubt, I had 2 other contractors come out to verify that it was in fact a crack. They laughed and said it was 100% a crack and if it was kept like that we would be replacing the cabinets and counters within a year because water/moisture would get through it and leak into the cabinets. The other contractor also mentioned the horrible finishing on the counters. They pointed out huge holes in the sealant where you could flake away the stone. They also pointed out how you could see where they used an electric sander because the black spots where all scratched up. To get the three pieces into the kitchen it took three visits. Each of them they were at least two hours late for. On the third visit, I pointed out the two foot crack and got my money refunded and they took the product back so now I have no counters, shattered granite in my cabinets and no sink in my kitchen... the owner also cut a piece of our newly refaced cabinets out below the sink without asking so now there is a gapping hole where our sink should be. Because of this companies horrible fabricating and very un professional actions we have now been without counters for a month. I hope this review saves people from going through this like we had too.
