They have helped us through a move from NY to CT and we have always found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling all of our IT needs. Their customer support is excellent and the response time to customer needs is very fast. Questions are always answered quickly and if we need help in understanding exactly how to do something, they take the time to thoroughly explain it. I’ve read the prior reviews and wondered why my experience with them was so awful. Their actual installation was fine (the office came pre-wired), but after we were hooked up they left us on our own. No instructions on how to operate the phones, and the instruction pamphlet was for a different model. We weren’t getting calls, lines weren’t ported, the voicemails didn’t work, and when out of a week’s frustration I expressed my displeasure at being cut off from the outside world, I “offended” the gentleman I was speaking with. I found them unprofessional, uncaring and condescending. But they certainly can bill well! Certainly not the type of service my clients expect from me and I’d be ashamed as a professional to provide. But maybe that’s just me.

Our systems run flawlessly with the daily support of Beyond IT. It is as if we have an inhouse IT department.
