I had a problem with my MacBook Pro and Apple was going to have to erase all my data in the repair. There was data I could not lose on the drive. Judy connected me with Tim and he got my data back and provided me with a drive I could use for future backups. They were very professional, quick, and thorough. I am learning the local experts, if you can find them, are sometimes a better then then the support machinery of the manufacturer. Im lucky I found PsiMac.
