Great place, well maintained. Elliot reality really brings down the quality but the owners do an amazing job of keeping up the properties.

I guess it depends on who you rent your room from. Our place is a little outdated and doesnt come with any thing. And Elliott NOT doing a good job making sure its getting cleaned! The worst part about it is they are not allowing us in the pool this year which stinks because they still have it clean and lit up. Its hard to tell your children that they cant swim in a perfectly nice pool when they have to walk by it every day!

Good place, friendly people, place we stayed at had a few bang-ups but still slept fine. Maintenance guy came and repaired everything.

Family friendly complex, 3 story condo, easy walk to Main Street and all activities. Beautiful pool area and tennis courts.

Love, love, love it here! All the families we have met here are super nice! Security is always around, which is great. AND we are right next to the beach! AND the pool is also excellent so you can choose where you feel like swimming! Will be back here every year as long as we are able!

Location is great, the experience this time was less than good. We rented three units and while they called to say that it was possible one balcony may be under construction they never called to say the elevator was out of order. Not huge but we have family members who are handicapped so the stairs were difficult. The realtor said they werent aware but it had been out over a month. The units were all very different in upkeep. Units 211 and 213 were fairly nice. Unit 214 was terrible. The owner must pocket all rental money without putting any into the unit. The furniture was old, sagging and nasty. The floors were grungy ( Elliott Realty said deep cleaning is in Nov). Entrance into unit and balcony were nasty. Balcony lost its screens and the carpet was wadded. Definitely will check out other locations, or at least other units.

What a great place. We were visiting our friend Connie there. The condo was very nice. Walking distance of the pool and beach. Just a block from downtown where all restaurants and stores are. Concerts outside downtown many evenings of the week.

We booked our week at the beach and decided to stay somewhere new. Room 126 was dated to say the least. Bed linens were worn and tattered. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything going on beside or above you. There are only 3 carts for the large complex most of which stayed occupied when we needed it. Swimming pool was 2/3s 6 foot or above. Jacuzzi rules of 12 year and up were not enforced even though they had security monitoring the area. Never got to use the jacuzzi because it was over run by kids. Will not be back.

This place is not your 5 star resort. Its quant, the balcony feels a little wobbly . The kitchen is beautiful, and the rooms are perfect for what we needed. The pool is nice. I love having a private spot for laundry. The room with the queen bed in it had blood on the bed, and we had to wash the bedding and flip the mattress the first day we got there. Parking is insane, there were so many people parking under our building. The elevator is a little sketchy as well. I give it 4 stars because once we got past the dirty bed, and just stopped using that second balcony, or vacation floated along well, and it turned out to be really nice

Great Vacation every time!! The pool workers are on top of their job! every morning cleaning & checking the chemicals. Grounds are well kept & cleaned. They office lady always has a smile on her face & happy to see us. Very Family friendly!

Buildings are rotten. Mold is rampant in these buildings. Owners refuse to spend money to correct buildings that are in bad need of repair. Stay away. Would not rent or buy any of these units. Much better complexes close by that do a lot better maintenance.

Great place to stay, clean pools, walking distance to Ocean Drive, clean beaches. Condos are very nice and comfortable.

We rented a condo here a little bit ago and it was very nice. The condo was clean and walking distance to shops. The only downside was the walk across the road to the beach. We would return for future beach vacations.

This is a great place to stay when your on vacation at the beach. Relaxing scenery, great pool and hot tub/spa. I had an amazing stay the last few times I went on vacation.

Great place to go cant go wrong if you visit here theyve got everything you want recreations so I enjoy visiting there suggest everyone else tries it

We own a condo here and the office staff is great. There have been issues with fixing things that need to be done but they are working to make sure those things are done now.

My fiancee and I went to Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving to visit family. They had rented out a condo here and when him and I arrived, I thought it would be spacious on the inside. When I think of condos, I think of a lot of space and luxury...wrong!! Went inside and thought to myself, wow this place is small. There are three bedrooms, a tiny kitchen and tiny living room. 1 1/2 bathrooms, but a large sky lighted window in the living room. Also had a small balcony. But this place still didnt fit the large and spacious idea I had in my mind. I am so glad him and i did not pay for one of those. Instead we got a king suite at another hotel in southern Myrtle Beach with an ocean view on the 12th floor 😊. I wouldnt rent a room at this place, would rather find somewhere else with better accommodations. Depending on what you like, it could be a great stay, but I know what I like and that wasnt it.

We stayed at condo unit 256. It was no where roomy enough for our party of 7, even though it was said it could sleep 9. The bedroom with the bunk beds was so tight our friends could hardly move. No working lightbulbs in one lamp. No lights in ceilings? Really? Please tell your guests that. We could hardly see at night. No where to hang extra towels in bathrooms . Swing on deck wasn’t even hung up. The refrigerator was barely cold and the side rack was broken on door. Door handle on chest of drawers in one room broken off. Pictures on website are deceiving with how much room you actually have. We were disappointed to say the least. Living room area desperately needs another comfortable chair if more than 4 stay there. We had to pull up the kitchen table chairs to watch tv. 😒 the laundry room was so full of beach items and unorganized , it took two of us to get things out of the way to use the washer.

My family and I have stayed here for years love this place

Not the best place for its prices. About 7 families came together and booked 5 rooms. We arrived by 2...suppose to have room by 3...we got in room at 6 something...the place was nasty and had not been cleaned and no cleaning service available...we had to go buy our own cleaning products and everyone clean their own condo ...office manager had no explanation for all the chaos and never once offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience for all parties involved.

I like the place .beach was little further to go. Otherwise the pools clean rooms clean and rooms was big enough for everyone .only reason I’m giving four stars is that they don’t provide any towels toilet paper but most importantly bed sheets .

Went in the off season and it was great! Still had the pool and hot tubs open in october and the tennis court was verrry fun!

Wonderful vacation spot. Beach is right across the street. 2 blocks froms stores and ICE CREAM!!!!

Essence of the beachy condo. Have been coming here a few times over the past several years, but this last time the unit was not cleaned prior to arrival and there was a ton of construction going on which was pretty annoying and really killed the ambiance. I would recommend once construction is done. Wish the wifi worked better as it is pretty spotty.

I wanted to write and let you know how terrible our experience was with Tilghman Beach and Racquet club. First of all, I took off early to arrive at our hotel by check in time so that my family could enjoy a few hours on the beach since our trip would be short. When we walked into the room it was disgusting, I would not even set my bags on the beds or furniture. There were dead bugs on the floor and one in the toilet. The carpets had not even been vacuumed, the floors were sticky, the porch was missing screens and there was debris all over the floor, I would not even let my kids take off their shoes! I called the office to let them know that the place was unacceptable and that I wanted to move to a new unit, they refused to move me and said they would send a cleaning crew out to clean again which mind you they had never cleaned, trust me. The young lady on the phone said she had walked the unit that day and it looked fine. I called Orbitz and spoke to a representative that informed me that I could not receive a refund at this time even though I was HIGHLY dissatisfied with the unit they sold me. Orbitz called Tilghman and stated that they were following their cancellation policy and there was nothing they could do. I will tell you one thing, this is my first time experience with Orbitz and Tilghman Beach Club and I can promise you I will never use either one again and I will write bad reviews to warm others from doing so themselves. My family had to relocate to another resort and pay an additional $300 to stay there because this place was so unsatisfactory, I want a refund for my money that I was charged for this unit and I want Orbitz to know that if they continue to represent properties like these, they will be very sorry. This was worse than a motel 6 or any other 2 star hotel out there. I expected far better quality, but I was so wrong.

Dont get tricked or bam bozzered, cause I did.Worst experience ever! Entrance to room was dirty and nasty. Bathroom and kitchen was nasty. No light bulbs in lamps or no battery for remote control. TV will work without remote. Flea infested and screen door off sitting to the side if the doot. Called three (3) times for these items and they sent two (2) ladies to ask me if I looked around for bulbs, as the agreed the place was nasty. Said they would be back and never returned. They advertise it as some elite racket club and its a trashy nasty motel! Poor customer service!

Make sure when you book your room that you ask if it’s been updated!!! Our room looked like we’d hit a time warp and been taken back to the 1980’s. And not only that it smelled like pee, not detailed cleaned and we also found a roach. I have to say building 11 room 254 was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in.Just gross🤮

They started doing construction during our vacation and covered up the windows so we couldnt enjoy the beach view. That was the whole purpose of being on the beach front.

Room 262 needs work, wallpaper is coming loose, walls need painting, toilets dont always flush keep the plunger handy. Tennis courts need work. Check in was 3 pm and it was 5 pm before we could get into our room.
