We have stayed in Crescent Towers a couple of times and enjoyed every moment. NSR has been very reliable each time we have had a request for staying in North Myrtle Beach.

I stayed at Crescent Sands H5 and agree with the most recent posts. This company tries to say non-smoking, yet the unit smells of smokers. Then when you call they say if you write a negative review they will just deny me being a customer and contact google. It must be nice to only allow 5 star reviews mostly from friends and family! Welcome to the new world of being held accountable!

Losing business over politics- probably isn’t the best business plan. I would never use or recommend your properties .

This company advertises no smoking in their units at Crescent Towers II, but does not enforce the policy. In fact, I think the pre-requisite is that you smoke in a non smoking building to get a reservation. For those people thinking of renting the units from this company in the Crescent Towers II complex, think twice because they smell like smoke throughout and have chain smokers for the past month! Go through another company that is honest and enforces their policies they advertise!

I wanted to apologize to all readers/reviewers, I am a friend and realtor that works with NSR. After the owner posted a response of, Thank you for your review. It is nice to receive reviews from people that actually stay in out units! My wife and I were asked to give 5 star reviews, but after looking at Article 12 of the SC Real Estate Commission Laws and the SC Truth in Advertising Laws, I cannot be part of sending false reviews to help a fellow realtor. My wife Shanett is also listed as another reviewer that gave 5 stars to beef up NSR standing, but God has set us straight. We have decided to report this company to the two government agencies to review their claims of non-customers/unit owners sending reviews in and advertising non-smoking buildings/units when they are in fact not as advertised.

This company is rude and once they have your money, that is the last you will hear from them during your stay. We will never rent again from this company. Poor customer service and arrogant family owned business!

While on vacation in August 2019 my husband had a medical emergency and had to have open heart surgery. We had to stay in Myrtle Beach after surgery since he was unable to travel. Hurricane Dorian was a threat during this time and Karen and Judy were so caring and concerned for my husband. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, thank you so much.

We have enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach. The family that owns North Shore Realty was very helpful in helping us find the type of condo we need for our stay. The condos are oceanfront and rented by North Shore but they are all owned by individuals! We choose a condo from the pictures on the web site and the condo was just as it appeared...the pictures were not made wider to make it look bigger like we saw when we were looking for a place! I like this place and will return.
