I was very pleased with the customer service. I have been renting in the monthly program for years now during the winter. The Towers will NOT nickel and dime you. When you have a need they try to meet it. They are always trying to satisfy the customer. You get the most bang for your buck at Towers at Ocean Creek. I will be returning next year....It should be noted that the poor review from 3 years ago does NOT apply to the towers at ocean creek but another real estate office on the enterprise.
