We rented a unit at the Bay Watch from Condolux. Unit 838 in the tower closest to the Fish Tails outdoor bar. We have stayed there several times over the years, the last being 3 years ago. What a disappointment! We paid $173.00 cleaning fee and they didnt even change the sheets on our bed. Imagine our surprise when on Saturday night, when the office is closed, we got into a bed full of sand. The place was NOT cleaned, apparently for quite a while. Surface areas were ok, but the nitty gritty was not. Attached pictures show dirty vents for air conditioning along with the dirt they blow onto the popcorn ceilings, mold on a couch cushion, mold in the shower and on the plastic dollar store shower curtain, dirty coffee pot, broken plastic chair on the balcony, broken lock on the sliding door to the balcony, so much dirt and sand in the track for sliding door you could hardly open it. Even the hallway to our unit had not been vacuumed. There was the cover to a needle, a penny, plastic package papers, and SAND, LOTS OF SAND! The elevators were not cleaned. We went to the office on Monday to ask for a refund of our cleaning fee and were told we would get a call from Stuart. They did offer to send a cleaning crew in, but the amount of cleaning that needed to be done was not possible with all of our belongings all over. Stuart never called. We went back to the office on Wednesday and requested clean sheets. Other vacationers on the beach had similar stories to share. One woman made them come in and steam clean her couch and told us about her neighbor whose couch was ripped. The outdoor water wash off from the beach did not work so people washed off in the pools. The pools were not vacuumed. Condolux has a beautiful new office. Maybe thats where all the cleaning fees go. When we checked out we still had not heard from Stuart and we told them we would never use Condolux again.

I rented from condolux about 7 years ago at a sister property (Laguna keyes) and I was pretty happy. I was disappointed with my experience this year. My condo (blue water keyes 706) was not clean - it smelled heavily of smoke in one bedroom, I found cereal and hair clips from a previous renter, I found food on the silverware and each dish I used had to be washed first, there was a ton of dust everywhere. My first action item was to close off one bedroom entirely and buy air freshener. We made it work, but I dont think I will be going back. I mentioned this to the girl at check in and she didnt seem too concerned. She offered to send someone to clean, but I can much imagine they were going to do it correctly, so I declined. She did send someone to change the light bulbs.Additionally - I know this part is on the owner, not condolux, this condo needs some updates. The beds are paper thin and uncomfortable, the furniture very beat up and the carpet desperately needs to be replaced.All in all, it was a good location, very convenient. The beach access was good, pools were good, staff was friendly. We enjoyed our trip but we will rent elsewhere next time.

I’ve been using CondoLux for 30 years.At one time they were the best rental agency in NMB.However now is a different story. If you notice most of the higher ratings are from some time ago. The two bedroom condo I was in had furniture that looked like it came from the thrift store. The one padded chair that was in the living room was so filthy and threadbare, no one would sit on it. Not one ceiling fan in the whole place & of course the Air condition was not working. The room with two queen size beds had one dresser with 3 drawers (the room is suppose to sleep 4) to top it off there was a letter stating if anything was missing we would have to pay for it. Hand towels-$4 etc.The room was on “sale” for $1200. But the bottom line with all their “fees” was almost $1800.I asked to speak to someone in management but no one was available. They were supposed to call me, but never did. I was there the last 2 weeks of March.This is not the Condolux I remember.The lost a customer who rented at least 1 condo ( sometime up to 4) for the last 30 years.

Steals $1,900 worth of familys hard earned money!!!! - THEY WILL GET MONEY BACK FROM STATE for Disaster relief. SAME STORY - mandatory evacuation after 2 days of a 7 day planned stay. Kicked out on Tuesday - elevators turned off - handicapped can not even get to room! No refund - no offer to credit in anyway. They said should have bought insurance - WHY??? How about good old fashion good business practice to work with your customers. Guess they have too many customers or so desperate they take for them with not service in return. BAD BAD business!!! The accommodations were not used and should not have to be paid for under the circumstances. Dont do business with this company! Dont stay with them - dont rent your property thru them.

My family has used CondoLux for years. We recently had our family vacation booked for last week. We stayed 2 nights and because of the hurricane was made to evacuate. It was mandatory! We weren’t given an option! And because we didn’t purchase the insurance they wouldn’t give us as much as a credit for a future stay. We experienced the worst customer service of anywhere in our lives. If it was their $$, they’d think differently but they are nothing but greedy thieves to keep people’s hard earned $$ when we were evacuated due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. My family will never use CondoLux again and we will definitely be telling everyone we know how poorly we were treated. You better step it up CondoLux or you’re greediness is going to bankrupt you.

I loved my vacation at CondoLux so much last year, that weve booked again for this year. The rooms are clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. The location is great; beaches are clean and not too crowded even in peak season. The pool area and lazy river are clean and well-maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere. I like the condo setting because it gives my mom and my kids their own rooms, so we all have plenty of space. The balcony overlooking the ocean is also spacious and private. I highly recommend CondoLux properties to others seeking affordable, comfortable and clean condo accommodations at the beach!

CUSTOMER SERVICE...SOS! We stayed in August 2019. We had 4 adults, two teens, and a toddler. We were given 2 keys and asked for additional and was flat out told NO! two keys per room and that was it. When discussing our issue of 4 adults and teens going different ways it was ignored and repeated two keys per room period. Exprecied we had stayed with Elliott realty many times and never had this issue and was told maybe we should go back to that company. Customer service here has a lot of work to do. So as they wish we will never stay with this company again!

We rarely had any issues with our condo but when we did CondoLux attended the minor matter immediately. Had a nice time .... I think they need to update their units though.... newer furnishings & HDTV would have been nice on the days when it was rainy and we were forced inside. Unit was clean and the staff was great... would like to stay there again but would like to preview the room first. I would like to ask that they prohibit the use of glass bottles on their pool decks and beaches.....

We have been CondoLux customers for many years. We love the ease of the booking process and upfront pricing. Some of the other companies have additional charges for things such as linens or cleaning service that are not included in their online price so you would end up paying more. We always stay in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle and plan to continue to use CondoLux each year. Our July 2016 vacation can not come soon enough. I was there 10 minutes early to check in and they made me wait. Not happy after driving 15 hours. Then told I would get a call when the room was ready. Waited out front for 3 hours. No call. Remember I just drove 15 hours. The room smells like smoke. Window is filthy. Never use condo Lux again

They charge a large amount for cleaning services but we stayed in a filthy unit! The vents loaded with dust. Also over lights and countertops were filthy. Not to mention the kitchen floor. The refrigerator leaks on the floor. Never again! Customers be aware..

We had a terrible experience starting from calling 30 minutes before checkin saying there was construction at our 5 bedroom condo(noise no pool and no parking) then we had to Squeeze into a 4 bedroom ! In this process the the office staff was a rude.Well we adapted until they kicked us out on Tuesday due to the Hurricane Florence and refused to give any compensation ! They will get money from disaster relief and we get screwed out of our money and our fun! Other condo management companies were offering financial compensation automatically and the only thing they offered automatically was rudeness!

We recently returned from a very lovely week at Crescent Keys. We booked 1107 and was it SPACIOUS! The apartment was clean and airy, the view was breathtaking! I had not been to Myrtle Beach since I was a child so this was really a wonderful thing this year. I definitely think we will be back as our experience was just wonderful. A few things we noticed - the cooking pans were very old and really need to be replaced and really are a fire hazard in my opinion. The coverings on the sliding glass doors also need to be replaced as there are blinds missing and looks to have been repaired several times over so that they really dont work unless you pull them way back out of the way completely. And the cushions on the chairs outside need to be replaced, not very comfy. For the amount of money we spent for the week, I am sure that the cost to replace is minimal. But all in all we had a very good time. Absolutely a primo location..!! :-)

Having booked with CondoLux for many years now, let me begin by saying that this is the company to deal with. They beat all others weve tried in the past, in price and professionalism. Sign up for their email specials too as they always have something going on. If there is ever a problem, which is a rarity, they are on top of it. Weve always picked out the condo we want and have never been disappointed in our stays. We love all the sister Keyes properties and there are 3 of them. Two side by side in Crescent Beach and one in Cherry Grove. Personally, I prefer Cherry Grove as its a quieter area but usually stay in Crescent Beach as everything is just so centrally located. Give them a look at and then make the call. You wont be sorry.

We will never use CondoLux for any future bookings, nor recommend anyone to use them. We were very disappointed by the CondoLux’s halfheartedness in addressing the construction noise in the penthouse above us. Even though the Rules and Regulations (Blue Waters Keyes) clearly stated all work by Contractors must be completed by 5pm, construction (table saw, nailing, banging, etc.) continued until well into the evening, at times past 10pm (every night during our stay). CondoLux did recommended that we call the North Myrtle Beach PD. But the PD does not enforce condo rules, only local noise ordinances (plus, involving the local PD for a condo rule violation just seemed to be an ill choice/use of their valuable services, and anemic suggestion from CondoLux). Suffice it to say that CondoLux does not care about your family’s experience, but they will happily take your hard-earned money.

Customer service is horrible. They forgot to put my key in the lockbox, then acted like it was my fault because they expect there guests to be there before 5. I asked to be reimbursed for the room I had to rent and she flatly refused. Even though I called three times prior to arrival to inquire about after hours arrival and the lock box. Also every lock box has the same combination and all but four were open including one with someone elses keys in it.

Terrible! Two times within 2 months they conveniently left off the real price for the condo until I was paying for it. Their price quote with taxes and all fees included evidently dont mean anything. The first incident was due to a new employee. The last incident the lady inadvertently forgot to add a $400 fee until I was paying. Their vice president of operations wouldnt honor the quote. He told me to take my business elsewhere. This is a bad business with terrible customer service.

I would suggest avoiding CondoLux at all costs. My family and I just stayed at a showplace rental at the Bluewater Keyes, Unit 1004. Showplace rentals are supposed to be the elite of condos. I mention the exact unit for a few reasons. My brother and his family stayed at a beautiful unit in Bluewater Keyes so they are all not like what I am about to say. First, the master bedroom has NO BLINDS. The sunlight was pouring in at 6 AM so be ready to be woken up at the crack of dawn every single morning on your vacation if you are in the master. Also, not to mention who knows who can see in since there is 0 privacy. Next, the place was downright filthy when we got there. The floors had hair all over them, the area rugs were so dirty they were discolored, the toilets were not cleaned, the mirrors were dirty, there was blood on a comforter, there were old corn husks in the refrigerator, and two toilets were broken (one was leaking all over the floor). The furniture is aging in one of the bedrooms so a marker was taken to fill in the white spots. The walls need a fresh coat of paint - the wrong shade of yellow was used to cover up scratches. The floor boards desperately need wiped down. When one of my family members called CondoLux regarding the lack of blinds in the master bedroom we received a snide response that the lack of blinds was disclosed via the picture and it was common for condos not to have blinds. Unfortunately, this comment was misleading and inaccurate considering it was visible to see from the beach that every other unit had blinds in their master bedroom. They sent someone over to clean for 15 minutes which consisted of cleaning a toilet, a sink, and floors but then proceeded to wring out the mop in the kitchen sink without thinking to re-clean the kitchen sink. At the end of our trip another family member called CondoLux again to talk to a manager and the man was insanely rude to her and refused to take any further action. When you pay a great deal of money for a showplace rental you expect it to be of the highest quality which was the exact opposite of this place. I encourage everyone who wants to have the piece of mind that when booking a condo they will receive tremendous value and superior customer service to stay away from going through CondoLux.

My experience using CondoLux has been nothing but positive! I’ve used them for the past 5 years to plan my vacations to North Myrtle Beach, SC. One of the services they provide is that if you don’t make it to their office before they close, they have a pick-up box outside their office to pick up your condo key(s). I always planned to be there before they close, but it has never happened. I like the fact that I don’t have to rush and make it there, because I know that I still am able to get my condo keys after office hours. CondoLux has also helped me find activities to do in the area. They have all the information on shows in the area, golfing and shopping. If you’re looking for a great experience, I highly recommend using CondoLux.

Left this review in my post-visit online survey and still no one cares to contact me. would give Condo-lux negative stars if possible. they are terrible. no standards. they hire the worst cleaning crew you can image and have absolutely no controls in place. where do I start? blood splatter on front of bathroom vanity, liquor bottles hiding under crumbled up blankets, dirty disgusting pillows, someones clothes left in dresser and under a bed, dirty dishes and a used steak knife under a bed, wet towels in washer, wet towels in dryer, unvacumed rugs, dirty tables, sharp broken molding. the list goes on and on. they came back for a couple of things, but in the end left us hanging. Never again. my prior rentals were all Condo World. always going there for now on. Condo-Lux is the absolute worst! Prove me wrong and respond and make things right while Im still here!!

We rented a beautiful condo in Cresent Shores for a full week. After one and half days a mandatory hurricane evacuation was called and we were forced to leave. We talked to Condo Lux to see about getting a portion of our $1,700.00 refunded due to the forced evacuation, Condo Lux refused to refund anything, we were told they were sorry but its not their policy and there was nothing they could do.We paid for 7 days and were only able to stay two. We were out the $1700. Ive been going to Myrtle Beach for over 30 years and this was the first time at Cresent Shores, it will be our last time using Condo Lux. Other resorts in the past have always done something to make things right under the same circumstances. NEVER AGAIN!! I would never recommend anyone to ever plan a stay at Cresent Shores, or any of the properties managed by Condo Lux.There are hundreds of other great resorts to stay at in Myrtle Beach, stay away from Condo Lux and Cresent Shores!

DO NOT USE CONDOLUX! If i could give them 0 stars i Would. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! Beware they just steal Hard-earned money!!! My family has been coming down to Myrtle Beach area for years. I went to school and graduated from coastal Carolina. This year, my whole family was coming down, so we rented a three bedroom condo for 6 days, 7 nights. After checking the weather online and watching the news regarding the hurricane and us traveling from New York, we called to see what happens if we are unable to come down. The lady on the phone responded with “You didn’t buy insurance so therefore you lose everything if you don’t come down” She was very rude and had just a poor attitude. As the trip got closer, the Governor of South Carolina Ordered Emergency Evacuations, major highways were closing and there was no way to even get in to South Carolina as we were driving 13 hours. We called again to talk to a manager and were told that the manger was not there to leave a message which we did. We were suppose to Check in on a SATURDAY, We get a phone call on Monday afternoon, asking us where we were, and if we still planed on coming down. After talking to the lady on the phone, As we were asking about the roads and if things were badly damaged, she advised us that she was in the ACCOUNTING department, that they were very short staffed because NO ONE WAS ABLE TO GET TO WORK with all the road closures and detours, Even the general manager Betty WAS NOT IN. She told us to call Betty the general manager and see if there was something that we could do, like change the dates that we were coming to a different week as she was only in the accounting department she couldn’t do anything. So we called and left Betty a message on Tuesday. We didn’t hear anything back, and called and left another message on WEDNESDAY, We heard nothing back after 3 messages. Thursday afternoon we get a call back from General Manager Betty, She was very rude and very argumentative. All she kept stating was we didn’t buy the insurance so therefore they would NOT do anything for us. They wouldn’t change our week to a week they had available even in the off season. She kept saying that she was completely booked up. They didn’t do anything! They stole our money, we weren’t going to cancel, we literally couldn’t get in to South Carolina. I will make sure that all my friends, family and strangers hear about this truly awful experience that NO one we talk to EVER uses CONDOLUX Again.

We were very upset that the condo we have rented for the past 2 years was rented from underneath us. When we went to sign a contract for next year, we were told it was rented October 1 for next year. We were not even consulted or given the right to refuse it. First come, first served isnt a good idea when it comes to renewals. Other agencies give you 10 to 15 days into the month to sign up for the next year. We will go to one if those companies!!!!

A few times we needed to call them to service minor items in the condos and they responded quickly and took care of the items that needed attention.

Dont rent Bahama Sands Resort Condos in Myrtle Beach.Worst place ever. Condo was dirty, hot tubs and pool not usable for the first month we rented. When they were available, the hot tubs were dirty and cold. We were told that only one tub would be heated. Not true. It was never hot. New management took over after we rented last year. We were not notified of the change. The unit was dirty when we arrived. We spent hours cleaning it. It is suppose to be fully furnished in the kitchen. There was no beater or can opener. The toaster was broken. We were not allowed to use the exercise room. Only for home owners. Every day and night, if we had our sliding glass door open, all we could smell was marijuana. Our sliding door, in the living area was very difficult to open. We called Condo Lux, who we rented from, and they sent someone over and all he did was spray it. It was good for one day. The condo, above us, was being remodeled and for two weeks straight all we heard was Jack hammering. The couch was so uncomfortable as the pads were flattened down to nothing. The worst was the tvs and internet. They had basic analog tv. We had to go out and buy four roku boxes and a smart tv for the living area just so we could watch basic tv. It kept buffering and we would miss half of every show. I had to pay $52 a month to get live tv. The new management took all the hd tv boxes out of all the units. All the people we spoke to, that were staying here, hated it as much as we did. We are looking forward to our new condo that we rented for next year.

My friends and I have stayed at one of the condos the past 3 years. They have always been clean and if anything was wrong someone came in the next day to repair it.We did stay at one condo in April this year and I was told the pools and lazy river would be open and when we got to the condo the lazy river was closed for repairs and on Saturday morning they closed the indoor pool for painting. I brought 2 teenage boys down and they had never stayed at a place with a lazy river and they loved swimming so they were very disappointed when the pools had closed down and no lazy river to try out.

Upon my familys stay annually at Myrtle Beach one year we chose condolux to find our condo. We were charged with property damages that we did not do. We have been in contact with this agency and they say its our fault it was not reported when the damages were discovered. This was years ago, no hard feelings. My grandmother is still heated about it six years later. Just a fair warning to all renters. Make sure your place is inspected for damages to avoid additional absurd fees. If you do find damages report it to CONDOLUX not the front desk. That was my familys mistake.

Vacation Feedback: Paper thin sheets and comforter. Loud noise/partying outside all hours of the night. Fridge didnt work for 6 out of our 8 day stay. All three elevators had a horrific smell. Repair man for fridge comes on day 5 with no working fridge - entered unit without permission and no communication from office staff. They said he would arrive a different day than he did. They make you sign an agreement before receiving keys that protects them as the landlord and not the renter. They dont guarantee that anything works. We had to be checked for bed bugs on day 3 where a dog came to inspect the unit.

**BEWARE** My family and I waited all year to go on one vacation, saved up, and were so excited. When we got to the unit at Crescent Shores the dryer had a note on it that said parts on back order ... unavailable. The microwave was broken. The restroom off the master suite had a leaking shower (so bad it ran all the way across the floor in a huge puddle) and the toilet was leaking around the bottom. We called CondoLux to report the issues and stated that we had to have a dryer for towels each day. The lady with CondoLux said well, a dryer is an amenity and if you read our email when you booked the room it says that amenities are not guaranteed. Sure enough, it even states if your A/C goes out in the middle of the summer they dont have to fix it OR give you a discount. Sorry, sorry excuse for a management company. We finally contacted the owner of the unit ... who was upset because they hadnt contacted her with any of the issues. in 2 hours, the part had mysteriously (after weeks of being on backorder) appeared and the dryer was fixed. A new microwave was put in, and a private plumber came to fix the issue with the shower and toilet. I wouldnt stay with CondLux again if they gave me a free week. They are rude and dont care about their customers after they get your money. **BEWARE**

We were in the Cresent Shores S and paid for a six night stay. We were there for two nights and were evacuated for a hurricane. Mandatory. No option given to be relocated. Etc. No help from employees that only cared to tell us we should have purchased the travel insurance. Weve never bought travel insurance due to it being a voluntary absence. This was a mandatory evacuation. No refund for unused nights. Was even told if the hurricane came a week earlier than planned and damaged our room that we still would have not gotten refunded even though there is no room to be in. Very frustrated with them and their shady ethics for taking someones hard earned money for a service not provided.

We have been very pleased with both condos that we have stayed in.They were very well maintained and clean. We stayed at the Tahitian Taj Condo. We got there at 1 PM, but upon arriving at 1 PM, they told us we had to wait until 3 PM to check in. So we had to explore the town with all our stuff in the car for 2 hours. When we were finally able to get into the condo at 3 PM, no one could tell that there was a maid service cleaning. The carpet was so dirty that the brown dirt was visible on the white carpet. Pieces of streamer were still up on the wall. We even found a wide array of bugs in the condo, including cockroaches... BIG cockroaches. The condo was indeed big and roomy, with the exception of the pool. The pool was fairly small, and it had to be shared with 3 other condos. The 4 condos might be able to hold a total of 88 people, but that pool couldnt. And for a vacation home, the house was minimally funished. Sure it had a TV and VCR/DVD combo in every room, and it did have all the kitchen appliances, as well as a washer a dryer. Those are all given. But beside that, and dishes, there was nothing else. Beds had pillows and comforters, but you had to bring your own sheets. Bathrooms didnt even have towels, toilet paper or soap (so you might not want to use the bathrooms upon immediate arrival). On the plus side, the condo was very close to the beach, but that was the only thing it was close to. Most shops and restaurants were 10+ blocks away. Youll need a car to get to any other excursion than going to the beach.

I like the smartphone App with directions, instructions for check-in, weather reports and info for our stay. Room was exactly as pictured on Site. Check-in and check-out was flawless . Booked a condo at Crescent Shores using Condo Lux and the entire experience was absolutely perfect! The condo was beyond big enough for 6 adults, very clean, had all the necessary kitchen tools to stay in save some money and cook a full meal, and not to mention the ideal ocean front patio! Check in and check out were a breeze and the staff at Condo Lux was very friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend booking through Condo Lux if you are looking for a place to stay!

I recently returned from a weeks stay at Malibu Pointe Resort which I booked through Condo-Lux. Ive rented with them 6 previous years so I am very familiar with them. They have great prices and friendly staff. I had no issue with unit except floor could have been a little cleaner. Everything worked fine and condo was very comfortable (except hide-a-bed sofa was very uncomfortable). I have stayed in this resort twice before, once in this same room. I highly recommend Condo-Lux.

Book directly with the resort. 1- you will get a better deal. 2- you will get better service. W paid extra for housecleaning. We had 1 visit from housekeeping all week. They only replenished some of the towels and said they would be back to finish. Never saw them again. When I called Condolux they said they would have the supervisor of the housecleaning company call me to see if we could work out something. I paid Condolux. Needless to say at weeks end I had no use for housecleaning and Condolux just kept my money for a service we never received.

We have booked 4 wonderful condos through Condolux over the past 6 years, and we are looking forward to a 5th this June. The previous 4 rentals have all been at Blue Water Keyes in North Myrtle Beach. Each of these stays was wonderful, and would not have been as memorable if not for the great folks at Condolux. My family and I have been renting from Condolux for almost 8 years now. I have never had a problem during booking, which I mainly do online, but on the occasion that I have had to call, the employees have always been extremely helpful. For the last 5 years, we have been staying at Malibu Pointe at least one week out of the summer and we also rent a unit for the whole month of November. The unit is always clean and in great condition. On occasion, we have had an issue with the dryer not working or the coffee pot died. All I have EVER done is call the main Condolux office and within a matter of minutes, someone was there to fix the dryer and with the coffee pot, a brand new one, still in the box was brought to our condo within a few hours. I cant say anything bad about the service I have received from Condolux over the years. In fact, we are already booked for the first full week in June and if we could go ahead and book our month of November, we would do that right now too!!

Love, love, love Condolux! Weve been traveling to Myrtle Beach for the past 5-6 years and have used them every time. We have never had an issue whatsoever. WE USED CONDOLUX THIS PAST DECEMBER WE STAYED AT THE ANDERSON OCEAN CLUB IN UNIT 401. DONT CHOOSE THIS UNIT TRUST ME WHEN I SAY HOW BAD IT WAS TO WALK IN IT LOOKED VERY NICE BUT THE FURNITURE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FROM THE LIVING ROOM TO THE BEDROOM. THE FIRST DAY STEPPED IN THE SHOWER AND THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MOLD ALL OVER IT THEY DID SEND THE MANTINECE MAN TO CHANGE IT AND EVEN HE WAS SURPRISED IT HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED IT WAS SO BAD CARPET HAD BLACK SPOT ALL OVER IT WHEN YOU WALKED ON IT WITH YOUR SOCKS THEY WERE BLACK, THERE WERE DIRTY DISHES IN THE CABINET ALSO TRASH LEFT IN THE TRASH CAN FROM PREVIOUS TENANTS. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO STAY A WEEK AND WE LEFT 2 DAYS EARLY THE NIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT WE WERE GOING TO WASH OUR SHEETS WHEN I REMOVED THEM THERE WERE 2 HUGH PEE STAINS ON THE BED AND ALSO BLOOD AND (NO MATTRESS COVER) I WAS SO SICKENED BY THIS WE PACKED AND WENT HOME. I CALLED CONDOLUX EVERY DAY FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND NO ONE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN I JUST REGRET I CANT FIND OUT WHO OWNS THIS UNIT SO THEY CAN KNOW WHAT KIND OF CONDITION IT IS IN.

We found this beautiful property through CondoLux last year and we came back again. Malibu Pointe is such a great value and the location can not be beat. It it just steps from the beach.As mentioned above, we booked through Condolux and trust me when I say you should not book with anyone else!!! Condolux was fabulous!! They are very helpful and very attentive to any issues that may arise during your stay. Our garbage disposal broke during our stay and they repaired it within hours of calling in. Condolux is the way to go no matter where you book in Myrtle Beach!We stayed in unit 905, which has much better furnishings than most of the units at Malibu Pointe. I would definitely recommend this unit because the couches are so much more comfortable and brighter. The unit was immaculate when we arrived and the view was to die for.We went during the week of 4th of July so it was a bit crowded but not too bad. The pool area is rather large and nice as well.If I had to make some improvements to the property it would be the design of the pool area. The lazy river and the large pool were often too cold for us. The pool sits under the building so it does not get much sun. I would like to see a heater or a better design. I would often smell other people from other buildings cooking out on grills provided by their property. I wished Malibu Pointe had grills.Even without grills and a chilly pool we are still coming back next year and we cannot wait to book again.Room Tip: Look for units with updated furnishings, 905 is one.

I got a great deal with Condolux for a week at the end of March. It is the off season, so it is on the quiet side. This was exactly what I was looking for for a vacation. We stayed at Malibu Pointe. The pool was heated, which was nice since it was breezy and chilly outside. It is a nice location. I was also on the 10th floor so I had a beautiful view of the beach. There is a building in front of the hotel, but being on the 10th floor was not a problem. The entire condo was comfortable and I fell in love. I cant wait until I can afford to go down again!

We had a horrible time trying to get the condo livable-we called emergency number to have condo cleaned a second time while we ate dinner. When we first saw it, we just noticed some things, and told the emergency cleaning crew about those-dirty coffee pot, dirty dishes in dish washer that said they were clean, refrigerator & dishwasher streaked, countertop dirty, bathroom & kitchen floors were all needing vacuumed & mopped. I noticed body fluid on the wall even after the condo had been cleaned twice. I called Condolux about the condo before I had noticed all the problems. I just told them about the kitchen-which still had dirty dishes in the cabinet after the unit had been cleaned twice. My husband & I had rented from Condolux several times and had not had this problem to this extent, but will not rent from them again, unless part of my money is refunded. The condo is also in need of some regular maintenance-the lock on door in living room was broke, also the vertical blinds in master bedroom were sticky & and bent & would not open. My sister & brother-in-law came down to join us & they reported their bed had pads on it from where another guest had urinated on the bed.

We stayed at Crescent Keyes during the last half of September 2011. We rented a 3 bedroom corner unit with 3 full bathrooms. The condition and location of this unit was great. It was clean, up- to- date, functional and had no negative attributes associated with it. The entire experience was extremely pleasant. This is the 10 th year that we have travelled to Myrtle Beach and the third time we have booked with Condolux. We keep going back because we are confident in the quality of the product. We will continue to go to this location if it is available but others will likely suffice so long as they are Condolux locations. 12:28PM Saturday, July 26, 2014 my family and I arrived at the Condolux to check in. We were greeted by a friendly staff who checked us in and let us know we could not pick up keys until 3PM, which was fine. 12:43PM same day we arrived at the Baywatch Resort, who will also get a similar review to check in. Upon checking in, we were told we could only get one parking pass because we had a one bedroom unit; however, we could purchase one for $60. We read through our email from Condolux to find that the email read Please check with us ahead of time if you plan to bring more than two vehicles. We only brought two. 1:17PM same day we arrive back at Condolux with and unhappy 10 month old to resolve the parking issue.Sherry (I apologize for any misspellings), who is the most kind employee and was a great asset to Condolux took our issue to Arnette, who is Client Services Director, who said that if we paid for the parking pass, he would reimburse us. I was satisfied with this.3:45 PM same day. My family and I went to lunch to await checkin and we had picked up the keys from Condolux. I arrived at the Baywatch past my checkin time and the room is filthy. There is garbage in the floor and the linens are still laying around. The bellhop even instructed me to call Condolux. As I walk out to call the Condolux, the cleaning crew arrives and unlocks my door and begins cleaning... with my things inside. I go to the front desk and purchase the $60 parking pass and head back to Condolux.4:01PM same day. I speak to Sherry again, who is awesome, and she goes to Arnette. Arnette offers to call me personally, and he also offers to reimburse the cleaning fee. I am upset, but satisfied with this resolution, and I head back to the hotel once again.4:30PM same day, the cleaning crew exits, and we begin to unpack. Three children are waiting to swim. Alas, the cleaning crew took the clean linens that had been carried in with my luggage. I call Condolux.Sir we dont have anyone that can bring those to you. Youll JUST have to come back.Rude, inappropriate.4:47PM same day, I arrive at Condolux to retrieve linens. Sherry again is polite and apologizes.5:30PM same day, we realize the phones in our room do not work. Baywatch says this is a Condolux issue. Great.6:15PM same day, our frozen food is melted. Refrigerator has been turned all the way down.Sunday, I call Condolux for Arnette. No response all day.Monday, I call Condolux for Arnette 7 times, 2 messages. No response all day.Tuesday, I call Condolux for Arnette 4 times. No response all day. I call Sherry and she assures me he will call.Wednesday, no refunds yet. I call Condolux for Arnette and leave a message. The vacuum cleaner is broken. Great. Baywatch cannot loan us one. The trash on our floor is sitting six bags deep in breezeway and smells terrible. I go in and see Sherry. The refund was processed Tuesday. Not Saturday. Tuesday. It takes 48-72 hours because refunds cannot happen on a Saturday. Sherry is polite and shows me she processed it. I am not satisfied. Arnette promised a call. Client Service Director seems like a made up title at this point as I am a client in need of direction and/or explanation. Sherry ensures me there will be a note left for him to call.Thursday, I call 2 times, no response.Friday, no call.Saturday, we check out. Still no call.Today is August 20th, and still no call. Poor service. Not acceptable. I am not satisfied with just the refunds. Customer service is part of what I paid for.

We have used CondoLux for the past 4 years and have been pleased for the most part. Unfortunatley, we ran into some issues this year. First, the condo we always stay in went up in price about $500 so we had to switch to a different unit. The condo we switched to and rented in December sold in April!!!! Needless to say we were upset and Condolux agreed to return our deposit or move us across the street (not beachfront). I was not happy about these options b/c finding a nice oceanfront condo in April is very difficult. I did some searching(their website is great) to find a unit that would work and I eventually agreed to move our week so they honored the new unit that I found for the same price we paid. Its a nicer unit and larger so it all worked out, but I had to do a lot of the work in finding the new condo. I will probably still use Condolux, but be aware that there are other companies out there like Elliott Realty that may have cheaper prices and always ask about their policy if units sell.

Would advise you not to use Condolux. When we arrived at our condo we did not have any bed linen for the pull out bed or the Murphy Bed. The blankets were stained and dirty. We we contacted the housekeeping line we were told there was nothing they could do. The next day when we checked in we were told the blankets would be picked up, that was Sunday and they were just picked up now on Tuesday. On Monday our washer would not work. Contacted the office and was told a service man would be sent to repair the washer, still havent seen the service man. When I called the office today I was told they were waiting on a part. The washer must have been out of service before we arrived since no one has looked at the washer and a part is on order. I was told to use the laundry facilities and bring them a reciept for reimbursement. I have never seen a coin washer that is able to give a reciept. This was the first and last time that I will use Condolux.

Three years ago, Condolux was referred to me by a friend. I was told they had wonderful condos for rent for vacation at Myrtle Beach. . I surfed Condoluxs website which is very easy to navigate and I called to ask a few questions about the property, Laguna Keyes in Cherry Grove. The employee I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I booked a 3 bedroom condo online - process simple and I got an email right away confirming my reservation. Checking in was easy, the lines moved quickly. The people working the desk are efficient and personable.The unit was stayed in at Laguna Keys was #1003, which was just awesome! We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the condo that we booked with Condolux the following year, same unit. Again.. just a pleasure to check in and speak to people that are happy that you are there.Unfortunately, my sister in law booked a place the next year,NOT with Condolux and I found myself wishing we were at Laguna Keyes all week long. We had some issues at the condo we were at and it was just not what I was used to when dealing with management.This year, I booked with Condolux !! - a 2 bedroom unit this time at Laguna Keyes.I will not use another agency to book my summer vacation. The process from start to finish is smooth and as I said, the employees act like they are happy you are there - wishing you a great vacation when you leave with the keys.You cant go wrong booking a vacation with Condolux!

Will not rent from ConoLux again. We rented one in the Ocean Bay Club, it was dirty, shower curtain moldy, burnt food in the stovetop, refrigerator rusty and freezer had a hole in it, sheets were cheap, bed was cheap, cable kept going out, and place either had fleas or bedbugs. Condo we got from CondoLux was far from luxury place.
