Scott Todd agency is great. They are very responsive and dont mind answering any questions that I have. I have my car, home and RV policy with them. I love dealing with the same people when I call vs. Getting someone who doesnt know me & my policy that could be in another state or even another country.

This agency is great UNTIL there is an issue, then they just collapse and pass along whatever the claims folks tell them without VERIFYING information! The claims folks are just as bad and dont VERIFY information they receive. Very unprofessional.

Had a great rate at first! Then the original agreement went sideways some how and they tired to raise the rate to insane amount so had to switch insurance. Now Im in debt with Allstate because of this whole deal. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very helpful and was in and out in just minutes

I was always happy with Allstate MB, SC ! But I moved to freeport, Texas ! Today I was told to sign esign documents that are needing to be signed. But the policy is not listed as I was told it would be ? I want only the min. amts. required in Texas. I saw the policy and it was changed from 300K to 100K liability. Now I am being asked to sign documents that show 330k again. When the amounts were changed the premiums did not ??? I am not a happy camper today !!

My wife and I both agree that this agency is the best we have all our insurance with the Todd insurance agency and would not think of using any other insurance agency

After moving from New York a few years ago we met the Allstate team in North Myrtle Beach. They are just fantastic; we previously had our cars insured with them and after the fantastic service we received especially when something went wrong we decided to bundle our home and auto. This worked out great, we got all sorts of discounts- they really aim to please and help you save wherever its possible. I can honestly say I wouldnt want anybody elses insurance-it just wouldnt hold up

Mr Todd and his associates are so kind and helpful. They helped us to get our claim filed and our check was deposited same day!

No don’t go to this insurance5 years insured with this company, with some Hurricanes, with no claim and they increase my policy by 10%I asked for a quote for my car and 5 months after I bought a similar new car the price increase by 50% .I have my motorcycle and the house with them .
