Direct Auto or National GeneralIf you are looking for car insurance DO NOT go with this company! Multiple red flags, and seemingly fraudulent activity going on! Have been on the phone with them all day long, and I’m just now getting somewhere.I had insurance with them for 2 whole days, and I got uncomfortable with the lack of documentation/common knowledge provided. No receipts were sent to my email account, no confirmation number, but they have my payment of $184.47. Now, I’m going through my bank to dispute, or maybe even cancel my bank account due to this this ALL DAY issue! Scary business!20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
