Charlie Stuart is no longer working at this agency. His insur sales team hold up the 4 walls and cover for him as though he keeps regular office hours. (I hated being lied to) Without Charlie, you are left with a team without a leader. The underling, nick santangelo, is not the person you want handling your insurance needs. Very hot temper without notice and not the wiz that Charlie was in the day. Sorry nick. You are no Charlie.Choose the other nmb State Farm office. Ms.Coggins, much more professional and honest!

Nicholas is my agent and I have to say he is a great guy. Always gets right back to me. Helpful and courteous. The entire office staff are great.

I had a trailer with 80 k stolen the beginning of this year and I turned it into them and they are refusing to pay for my trailer because I didnt have the title. I have multiple vehicles insured with them and showed them the police report that the trailer was stolen. They refuse to pay the 4 or 5 k back that was insured and told me I had to get my hands on the title. The trailer manufacturer says I had to go through the dealer but the dealer moved from one location to another so their paper work is all over and the trailer was bought 5 years ago. I should not have to go through this much when I paid them on time for any of my insurances and yet they refuse to just pay my money back. Im turning them into the state insurance board and we will see what happens. Also if they are reading this I may remove all my insurances on other trailers, vehicles and rental insurance since they refuse to pay my money back when I have been trying to get them another title. They refuse to use the original bill of sale. I do not recommend anyone using these guys unless they want to cut my check finally.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT use this insurance agency. Im not sure if Charlie Stuart still works there or not but he is not accessible even in emergencies. Charlie Stuart does not take phone calls, does not review his emails, or assist customers during times in need. Additionally, his staff is not capable of handling the office during his absence. Totally disappointed with State Farm. Currently a customer but not much longer!

What a nightmare it had been transferring my policies from Pa to here. Ongoing issues with getting my bill straight, numerous trips into the office on my 1 day off during the week. I moved in June and Im still paying for their MISQUOTED information that now has to be caught up. Im beyond frustrated to say the least with this location and corporate at this point. If I wasnt a long time customer Id have taken my business elsewhere sooner.

State Farm agent Charlie Stuart is a joke. The rates are forever changing with not reasoning. Dont ever get into even the smallest of accidents, they will drop you like a bad habit.The staff in his office is very rude & have absolutely no customer service skills, they are bad for putting your payments on wrong accounts & all out just making you feel very unwelcome.If you are searching for insurance...my advice to you would be to shop around. You CAN find better rates with a company that will treat you like you are wanted.Do not fall victim to Mr. Charlie Stuart & his clowns on 6th Ave. South in North Myrtle Beach!

I have been a customer of this office for more than a decade and a State Farm customer for more than 30 years. With Charlie Stuart, you get ZERO personal service! The entire time I was insured with him, I never met or spoke to him. His ever-changing staff and part time wind and hail agent make things difficult. She lost a repair receipt and caused me to be dropped and left me without coverage for over a year! This is NOT how I expect to be treated by State Farm. I found another agent in a smaller town that knows what customer service and appreciation are! He wont miss me and I certainly wont miss his staff! Shop around!

Switched offices to Charlie Stuarts and am not disappointed. Ive only delt with one agent in that office, Nick, and he was very helpful and friendly.

Hello everyone I was with Charlie Stuart State Farm for two years and both years my insurance went up with out me having a accident or getting a ticket. The guy that I dealt with was named Nick he is a very nice and a very nice man however there was a lasped in my policy for failure of payment three times which was their fault and Nick said this to me all three times and last November I was 12 days without insurance because their system did not charge my card on file so I called in and told them I was receiving letters from the DMV about suspending my licsence and Nick told me he would take care of this so I believed him!So when my takes cane due in February and March I paid them online but never received my new stickers WOW SO I CALLED THE DMV in May to aske why they told me that I had $184.00 in penalties so I paid them to get my stickers and then I called and ask to speak to Charlie Stuart and was told he wasn’t available and some lady pretty much told me that this is my problem WOW again so I sent Charlie a email and after a week I still have not heard back about a refund for the penalties or a refund my cancellation of insurance plolicy with them.....FYI I went with another insurance company and saved over $1500.00 a year another WOW I NO KNOW THAT I MADE A TERRIBLE DECISION by choosing this Charlie’s Stuart guy and his company so please if you need Carr insurance please think twice or three times before you do business with Charlie Stuart and his crew

Great place to get insurance

I have had the most miserable insurance experience of my life at this office. Every month I have to contact them to fix my bill because they manage to mess it up time and time again. Ive been charged outrageous amounts that state farm later had to reimburse and last month they charged me for my payment TWICE. After years of dealing with frequent inconveniences and terrible service Ill be changing agents.
