Super friendly service everyone was super nice and great nails

Not professional at all had me sitting there for 45 minutes Tiffany wasnt an adult to just say she didnt want to do my nail cause I wouldnt buy her 55 dollar product for my pedicure.She stay in the back rising off instrument that supports be autoclaveand she never turns on the machine the other two working afraid to say anything so😔😔

I got my nails French dipped here, Hong was very very good. I loved them! She is very meticulous and friendly.

The guy buffed the skin under my nails so rough, he made 3 of them bleed!!! Let alone he cut back my acrylic so short i barely have a nail. Never coming here again as my fingers still hurt!

Greatest place in Bloomington/Normal to get your nails done and other services they provide. They are always very professional and personal. Always wanting to make sure you are happy with services provided. During these difficult times with COVID they are doing everything they can to keep their business safe for them as well as their customers. Ive been going there for 15 years and not 1 time have I left unsatisfied. Give them a try you will love them as much as I do.

I havent seen Henry in years, but he recognized me, remembered I like my nails to look as natural as possible and even how to position my hand to combat my tremors. So happy I was able to make a trip back!

I was trapped with the foil on my nails for n hour then took a walk in appointment instead of finishing my re polish I didnt stay I left, Im not going to wait for an hour for you to just skip over

I called and scheduled 4 manicures and 4 pedicures but they only had 3 nail techs (which wasnt a huge deal) but we wouldve liked to all get pedicures at the same time. They rushed all of the services and the massage was aweful. I asked for a ombre dip manicure and it turned out aweful. I was so embarrassed but luckily they fell off in a week. Worst nail service Ive ever received in my life.

I have had my nails done at several places, and for the powder (dip) nails, this place does beautiful work. I like a combination of colors on each hand and they probably think I am crazy but they are very accommodating. The owner may come a roess as a bit gruff, but he knows his stuff and gave me the best dipped manicure I have had. I have had another lady do them too and they are equally as beautiful. I can do ANYTHING in these nails. Quality work, for sure! I have had the dipped nails from other places look bulky and chip off, NOT these. Going back tonight for another great design.

First time here. Im from the Chicago and coming here I was iffy but my experience was absolutely amazing! So calm and the service is great. I like how they are gentle they are and nice! I will definitely come back again when I come back and visit

I got dip nails and they broke off a week later

I went to get dip done and it was way to bulky and looked a mess. When I asked if he could make them look more natural he was telling me he couldn’t without messing up the color. It was a hot mess so I just had him soak them off and I left without paying.

I wanted acrylic nails for a very long time after mutiple times of asking my mom she finally let me go! I was so exited and happy! However when we got there the smell is very very VERY strong of acetone. When we were done I said they looked good (but they did not) I just did not want t upset my dad but my dad did not think they looked good either. I never got to go and get them redone I have not had any acrylics since. The guy that did my nails did not remove my cuticles or do anything as soon as I sat in the chair he started to put the acrylics on. He was rushing on not focused (while talking to other employees). As a result of his sloppy effort, the nails came out too big and crooked. It was my birthday present.

I don’t know his name, but the man who gave me a new set of nails did a horrible job. They are crooked and I have glue all around my nail bed and fingertips. I paid the $45, but I will never go back. The worse gel set I have ever had. His process was sloppy and not thorough at all.

Found a new favorite place for a pedicure. Very clean, peaceful salon. My toes look nice.

It was my 1st and last time go into this place to get a pedicure. It was very rush and I thought when you get a pedicure you have a massage with it nope not at this place. It was not worth the $33 Dollars that I was charge.

Horrible experience. Called ahead and scheduled an appt. After an hour and fifteen minutes of not being attended to, I left.

My favorite place!!! Full Service Pedis, and they are not expensive! Love Han (sorry if its spelled incorrectly). She does such a great job! Very Thorough and my toes look amazing!!!!!!

My first time at Royal Nails. They got me in right away. Cost more than I am used to. They did an okay job but ripped up my cuticles, bled on 2 nails. 😣

Made appointments & still had to wait. However, good quality manicure & pedicure at a decent price.
