I’ve been searching high and low for a new nail person and I have found him here!!! Ryan gets 5 stars all around. I used to go to galaxy nails and they never filled my nails in up to the cuticle, so I’d have to go back frequently for fill ins. Ryan took his time with my nails and designed them exactly how I wanted.

I got a pedicure and manicure done here two weeks ago (acrylic tips with dipping powder) for my brothers wedding. I got the manicure on Saturday and by Wednesday three of the nails had come completely off (pictures attached). I was in FL for the wedding so I couldn’t come back into High Tech Nails to get them fixed. I had to pay to have the other nails removed before the wedding only 3 days after paying $45 to have them put on. Aside from the poor quality manicure, I am most disappointed with the customer service response I received when I called. The owner was not apologetic in anyway and offered no refund or compassion or anyway to make right the situation. She just said I should have come in to have it fixed and since I didn’t, there was nothing she could do. I was in FL for my brothers wedding, so I was not able to come back in to get them fixed and my husband called as soon as we returned.Giving a rating of one due in part to the poor quality, but mostly because of the poor customer service. To not even have received an apology for the manicure chipping three days later and right before a wedding, was very unprofessional. Nothing was down to make right the wrong- I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.UPDATE: In response to the owners comments, we did contact them within 14 days of service, but also explained in our call to them that we were out of town just after the appointment for a wedding and there was no way to correct the issue at their nail salon. It doesn’t seem like they took the time to listen to my concerns either in my review here or in the phone call we placed.

Was recommended to go here by a friend. Had an amazing experience. Vincent was so good. He did stuff I have never had done before to my nails just to have them last and look good longer. He also showed me a new technique of using a magnetic strip to create a cat eye. Im in love with it. Will definitely be back and telling all my friends.

I love this nail salon! My go-to place. Always clean and professional. Katie is my favorite nail tech. She does an amazing job, takes her time and really cares. 10/10 recommend. The best price for quality lasting nail care.

Ive been going here ever since they opened and I used to love them so much. I was so happy to finally find a place that cared about their customers experience. But in the last year alone, as theyve picked up traction and popularity, theyve lost sight of their original drive. Ive never had dip or acrylic pop off my nails so fast (and no Im not rough on my hands). While Im there, I keep getting placed with Vincent and he cuts at least 4 of my fingers every single time because he spends more time looking at the front door than he does my nails. The last time I was there I could feel the heat of the file on my nail bed and was I actually feared that he was going to break through the bed. I pulled my fingers away a couple times because the pain was that bad and hed just pull the finger back and keep filing away at it. There was one time that my roommate had a family emergency at 2a and left town, so she didnt make it to our appointment that was set for the exact time they opened. The store was closed so there was no way for me to tell them that she would not make it. I did tell them when I checked in, but instead of being understanding, 3 separate employees got upset with me and told me thats a slot we could have had for a different appointment, you need to call us next time. But Im sorry, the shop was closed and you cant help emergencies popping up. Im so sad that my experience has changed so drastically, I couldnt rave about this place enough last year. But after 4 bad experiences in a row, I just cant do it anymore.

I enjoyed the professional experience. However, my pedicure did not fully dry. So, when I arrived home I had to redo my toenails. I had to shop around to try and match the color. Next time I will inform them to make sure the nails are dry.

They did absolutely stunning! Got me in as I requested, my nails turned out amazing and they even did the pedicure at same time!

I called and was able to get in on the same day. They were prompt and professional with service. This place is super clean and the staff is so kind. Loved this experience and I will be back

This new nail place is my all time favorite! They have the best techs in town. It is very clean and you feel welcomed, at home and most of all comfortable. I have done a pedi, full set with gel and today I took off and tried powder and love it! Mike is my favorite tech of all times and Im glad he is here! This is a family establishment and they welcome you with open arms!

Took my fiancé to this nail spot here in normal. Got her nails and pedicure done was very impressed with the job they did and also the place was very spacious and clean. Prices are very reasonable and they did a good job. We are going back in two weeks. Should try it out.

This place makes me feel like I am royal. Which I feel like is important. I want to feel like a queen while I’m being pampered. The staff always greets me with smiles and are always happy to see me. I’m very picky with my nails and mike understands me and always makes my nails beautiful. I am never disappointed I feel good when I walk in and feel even better walking out. I love how spacious it is as well. There are two drying tables so everyone isn’t sitting on top of each other trying to dry our nails. The pedicures are amazing and have many different options and scents which is amazing ! Thank you for all that you do!!

I love this place. It’s so relaxing and the staff is very friendly. I appreciate when they ask me if I need anything to drink. And if I need anything else. Very considerate staff. You can tell they want to be there which makes the experience even better ! I also love how it doesn’t matter who you go to. All staff there are great to work with. So thankful I found this place

I was hesitant getting my nails dipped here in town as my first experience at another shop for dipped nails was a bust. I got my nails done here yesterday with the dip powder and they put the gel clear coat ontop (which I was hesitant about) but they still look great and so far top coat is still adhering to the dipped nail. I also like the way the nail tech shaped my real nails. The only suggestion Id made is to get more array of glitter powders.

I came to High Tech Nails to get my feet done and I was so amazed with the customer service. I felt pampered and they made sure of it by asking me things that other nail salons wouldnt even attempt to ask. They made sure everything was to my liking and even offered complimentary drinks. The most favorite part about my visit was that they used liners in the bowls which is a pet peeve of mine due to how bacteria and fungus can spread. So I overall, I was really satisfied with my visit and I will be going back!

Not only do I love the nail techs Gina and Mike but to learn everyone there is family! I truly appreciate and love all their friendliness. Every time I go to the shop it is a great experience. The shop is beautiful, roomy and relaxing. If you need a nail tech I suggest you come here! They take care of their customers the way we are suppose to be treated!

The salon was very clean, the staff was friendly upon entering. The man who did my pedicure found out I recently had major surgery and was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He was so professional & really went above and beyond! I will never go anywhere else.

This establishment should be given even below that. My best friend accompanied her friend to an 3:30 appointment with the intentions of getting serviced as a walk-in. When she arrived, both ladies were met with nothing but side eyes and blatant stares. Her friend was asked what it was she wanted, with no acknowledgement of my friend, and when she stated she was there for a fill-in she immediately was Told No. No, because he was booked. So, she asked How Long? Until he has a space, and was told to come back at 6:30. To which she respectfully was willing to do.Not even 5 minutes later another girl, who was white, asked for the SAME Service. She too didn’t have an appointment and was told to return at 4:15. My friend was at lost for words, and sat there confused at this difference of 2 hour and 15 minutes. Her friend, politely and respectfully, asked the girl to make sure what she heard was correct. She then went to the nail tech and asked what was the reason for the time difference. He had no response, gave multiple stutters, and when she gave the opportunity to rectify what he said, he instead turned his back in dismissal of the girls. There were giggles, looks of discuss and just blatantly embarrassment over something that is supposed to be an enjoyment.This establishment should be ashamed of themselves and he/they need to re-evaluate their business and check themselves. Especially, if it’s not one that caters to all.

I love this place! I will not go anywhere else for my acrylic nails. They treat me like royalty and are very kind and talkative. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and genuine. I enjoy going here and recommend it!

Saw this new nail place that just popped up in my neighborhood. Thought I’d give this place a try.First impression- store looked very modern- chairs were more comfortable than my reg nail salon-fairly busy but I waited just under 5 mins to be seated- great color selection- the lady was very diligent and didnt leave any translucent spots. If you want solid color - you’d get bold and solid color hereUnfortunately I didnt get the name of the girl who worked on my nails but she was so sweet and took her time. Most places dont know how to shape coffin nails that well but they did a great job on my nail and great customer service too
