This location has been here quite a while. Years ago, they had two people actively working to assist others. Now, there is one person who is most consistently there and doing a great job at managing all the services offered there.They could do a better job at cleaning the place though. Because of the variety of services offered, it can be a few people in there at a time. Used to be heavier foot traffic before COVID. Be attentive to your surroundings as you approach the entrance. There may be people hanging outside the building area, some are panhandlers.

This was my first time doing business with your company, However, I have to say I will be back!! The Lady was super nice and she put my fears to rest . I wasnt sure how this all worked , but by the end of the visit, Ms. Ladonn Herring was absolutely the best ! she explained everything to me in a manner that I was able to understand. She never made me feel as if I wasnt important. While she was talking to me , the phone rang and she asked me if it was ok to answer it. WOW that blew me away, other places I have utilized, would have just answered the phone and wouldnt have even bothered to ask me if it was a inconvenience to me. so KUDOS to that lady Ms Herring. :-)

But, the price to cash a check is pretty expensive so if you can wait to go to an actual bank Id highly recommend it.

I have personally had nothing but good experiences here. However, my nurse aide had her payroll check returned and the inexplicably harassed her for the money and fee instead of contacting the employer who issued the check. The called her incessantly. Sometimes as much as five times a day. I personally thought this was offensive. But, to be fair this is the only incident that I know of and they do offer a variety of services and are normally quite helpful.
