I considered this bank because of a word of mouth referral from a person who used this banks’ services for their small business. The hours are flexible and they are conveniently located in every Walmart Supercenter. I feel this is a trusted community bank that makes it easy for people to manage their financial arrangements and also reach financial goals going forward. This bank is a great option for small businesses too.I will say they process transactions differently than the bigger banks and they are limited on some days as far as having certain bills readily available and completing some actions on their mobile app serves no purpose as you still have to present things to them in person to complete particular processes. The ATM doesn’t allow you to deposit bills but you are able to add money onto your bank card by presenting your card to a cashier at checkout.Some staff members are more knowledgeable and professional than others. The wait time isn’t too bad but high traffic times are a bit consistent with this location. So bring your patience because you will need it.

Was trying to get change for a check lady hustling me for checking her name practically said what I needed $0.97 was all she got prior special forces us navy cant hustle someone who is from new York and Hispanic while she did what ever she did my cousin said what is she doing in there I said you already know he laughed said you outsmarting her I said yep

I have always had great experiences with this location. It is the only one i go to. it is a convenient location, but it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. If i didnt like them, i would go to another site. The Manager is wonderful and I am always welcomed no matter who is on duty.

Manager wasnt respectful at allI got some cash from the ATM and it was burned .. I told the cashier who told the manager who told me I was lying about where I got the money why would i lie? I just wanted the ploblem fixedShe wasnt nice at allI been with this bank almost 6 years never had someone make me feel like that

Im looking to switch I never seen a back that you call on the weekend they close like Mon-Fri is the only. Then you try calling the branch and they never answer the phone

If I could give this branch negative stars I would. They NEVER answer the phone and are NOT solution focused. After being with them several years, I am considering closing my account just to reopen it at another branch because I can never get assistance from them

Their website says they close at 5 on Saturday. I get there they close at 1. All their branches say close at 5 on Saturday, 8pm during the week. No they dont.

Walked up to ask a question at 3:59 PM (they close at 4:00 PM) and it was a question about their services I was not even asking them to perform and action and in a loud and rude tone the on site manager replied WERE CLOSED WERE CLOSED WERE CLOSED.. and continued until I walked away. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Two words Ghetto and RUDE. I own my own business and employee 15-20 people and I would NEVER. EVER. EVER. EVER. Hire somebody like that. And she was the one in charge¿? Confused.

Had fraudulent activity in my account the bank called me and told me that someone was using my card out of state and they did not handle it or give me protection or my money. Worst bank ever. I wouldnt trust this bank with anything not even $20.00

Trash!! They don’t greet you, they don’t say anything. I waited in line 10 minutes just to find out, 3 customers were in front of me. Both ladies were sitting at desk and didn’t let anyone know what the hold up was. Just very poor customer service, they should quit if they hate their job!!

I am switching banks. This particular location has the worst customer service! The lady cut me off several times and was almost in disbelief that I had an account there. Im going to withdraw all of my money and go elsewhere.

About two weeks ago I put in a request for a new debit card, after days and days of checking back and fourth for my debit card it hasnt came , come to find out whoever the female was never put the request in for the card, nor when describing her nobody seemed to know who I was talking about . I was told I could have the card rushed since Ive been waiting so long, but then they tell me its a 55 dollar free for something THEIR employee messed up , I am beyond pissed and nor would I EVER return to this branch , STOP PUTTING PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING .
