Have not had tires for a month and the tire blew while parked in my driveway. I did not hit anything. Tire was bad. They always getting over on woman. The same thing happened to my sister from this company. Dont waste your time or $$$.

Good neighborhood joint 2 go 4 basic auto needs (new+used tires, tire repairs, balance, alignment, brakes). But they get busy so arrive early! Waiting is the pits... unless u drop your vehicle off.Affordable prices and good work.Small waiting area inside building although no AC.If waiting 4 repairs, there are a few places 2 walk & grab bite 2 eat or cold drink.

I had a great experience. I was recommended by a previous customer. I had a wheel alignment done. They were very busy. They were very friendly and professional. They let me know itd be a long wait. I dropped off. That morning.. I wasnt expecting to be scene until the next day. They did car early that afternoon. I recommend them.

Fast friendly service! I called ahead and they had a few of what we needed in stock. Open on Sundays which was great because that is when we are always checking off on our things to do list and one of those things was to get a tire because one of them had a slow leak. They gave us a nice looking Goodyear which is what we have on the truck. So affordable!

These guys are the best!!! I brought my car in for an alignment, and ended up needing a tire rod. It was 3:30 p.m. I begged them to fix it by the end of the day as I needed my car for work the next day. These guys repaired the tire rod and did the alignment all by 6:00 p.m.! They have best prices in town and my car drives like new! I will be coming back when I need tires.

Have been going from store to store trying to find a steel rim, then I came hear, and my prayers were answered. Not only was the price cheap, but customer service, A1. Was literally in and within half a hour. Highly recommended. Best tire and rim place around.

Only reason I gave one star is because they came and got my van after the wheel that they put on came off while I was driving. I had spacers on my tires and didnt know what they were for and since they came with the van when I bought it they should have left them up there. They are supposed to be mechanics or knowledgeable in tires right?

I was so prepared to give this place 5 stars, too bad that I couldnt. Everything was great until after the requested service was FULLY COMPLETED. ****Their policy is IDs and payment MUST have the same name.****My 9 month old son and 3 three old daughter were made to wait in the hot sun for about 30 minutes due to the fact that my husband and I have DIFFERENT last names, SEPARATE cars and I have no random pieces of mail floating around in my car with his name on them. By the way the signage for this policy was only posted at the REGISTER.

They called me whenever something needed to be updated, my car was in safe care, and they even gave an accurate estimate on the length of time.Easily the most honest automotive place Ive been to in the last decade.

The staff were polite and courteous. They kept me updated throughout the process of installing my tires. I noticed that they treated other customers in the same manner as they treated me. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

AMAZING!! Needed work done on my car and even with the traffic in and out of there, I was taken care of immediately. Service is 100% and prices were great. Everything was explained before it was done and I wasnt there nearly as long as I had expected. Its a first come, first serve basis, no appointment needed. The atmosphere is warm and the staff is friendly and eager to please. Definitely a place I will return to for any of my auto issues and definitely a place I would refer people to.

Dropped my car off @ 8am to have the brakes, alignment, 2 tires, and a oil change. Figured I’d get my car done while at wk save a little time. Called through out the day they gave me updates. Around 5:45 was told he was working on my car and they closed at 6. So it took all day to do a job that I feel would have been done sooner if I was in the shop waiting. I didn’t have time to retrieve my vehicle. A huge inconvenience $55 for a Lyft and trying to get my children around without their car seats that were stuck in the car. The next day at 8am on the dot I was there to get my vehicle. The brake light oil ligh and tire light was still on. I immediately went back inside to express my concerns and was told I’d have to come back around 9:15. I did return and the Machanic was not in at 9:20. Car is still pulling to the left and I am highly disappointed in the service.

Had my brakes and rotors done and tire rotation with alignment with no issues and great price! Nice curb appeal and down to earth owners. Very polite and willing to help. I will be a customer for life.

My son went and got his front end alignment done about 2 weeks ago. These guys didnt do it right the first time. So we brought it back up there a second time and was told the machine was broken and we had to bring it back. Well on 9/5 we took it back and he had to sit and wait for 4 and half hours to get it done. Now i know its first come first server but if they did it right the first time and didnt rush it he wouldnt of had to go back up there. But since they already got his money and knew he would wait they put him at the back of the list. I will never bring a car to this place again.

This is the best place to get an alignment! And used tires. They are honest and have excellent service every time Ive ever gone. I really appreciate theres some honest and hard-working mechanics in Hampton Roads area at this place. Im from North Carolina where we had someone that would always work on our cars and it was tough to trust other people but Im glad that I have found this place.

I needed a tire patched on my truck a few months ago, I took it here, paid less than I had expected and had the tire patched and back on my truck in no time. I was surprised with how quick they took car of me because I didn’t have an appointment. I just dropped off a rim from my car to be repaired. It should be ready for pickup tomorrow, I hope they take care of this rim as they did with the hole in my trucks tire.

So i walk in today and ask for an alignment the guy just says ok i ask how much he says 49.99 and i say great lets do it and then he says itll be more if we have to make an adjustment so pretty much its 49.99 to pull it on the lift any other place only charges more if you have to raplace parts this guy wants to charge for every turn of a wrench what a con good thing for firestone 69 bucks i got an alignment and rotate and balance on top notch equipment instead of the second hand antique equipment this shop has

Got an alignment that wasnt done correctly a week ago and was told to come pass with receipt so I did that and since it was a 2 hr wait I agreed to come back when called. Well it was almost 3 hrs later when I got the call and I get here to be put behind someone else as if Im on their time smh

Really nice guys and helped me out on really short notice. My car started making these awful metallic noises and screeching like nails on a chalkboard when I left work. It sounded terrible and I had no idea what could be the issue or if I would be able to drive it to work, how much it would cost to fix, etc. Turned out to be nothing but after contacting several shops so late in the day, close to closing for most, and on such short notice, they were the only ones ready and willing to take a look at it for me AND rectified the problem at no charge. Some street litter had gotten jammed against the backplate and rotor. They removed it and got me going again quickly and were super sweet to my 5 year old daughter as well. I will definitely come back the next time I need some work done on my vehicle. Thanks!

Awesome service !! Went in to get a front strut replace and they informed me the sway bars were about to break and showed me them. Car was already up and one of the workers actually drove to the auto store to get them . Definitely would be coming back for future work.
