I’ve been to a lot of mechanics in the 757 but NONE as honest and quick as Wayne and his crew. If you want good honest people and a good price, I’d certainly recommend.

Yesterday I was verbally assaulted and emotionally attacked by the owner Wayne Jones. To make a long story short, I paid over $2000 in repairs that were misdiagnosed. I explained my issues to him in a professional and respectful manner, but he kept letting his ego and emotions take over the business matter. He kept yelling, sweating hard, he pulled his hat off and threw it out of anger his body language and hand gestures were extremely intimidating and agressive. He previously told me about another customer who was a woman of color who gave him a hard time, so I felt that he mishandled our situation by stereotyping me with his last customer dissatisfaction. I overstood his experience, and tried my best to let him know that I wasnt out to talk down on his business, or be difficult but to only create a solution. Instead he kept trying to invoke me to raise my tone, to justify his irate behavior. Finally I couldnt take anymore, he rather argue instead of correcting the oil leakage issues.Being that I have a brain tumor I just decided to protect my health from his bad temper which caused me stress and a instant migraine and just left. As I was walking outside to get in my vehicle and leave, he followed me, still arguing and yelling. My recommendations to any new customers is, if youre a woman or young lady, please bring a man with you, so that you wont have to experience the verbal assault and emotional attack that I went through by appearing vulnerable. I was extremely disrespected, financially taken advantage of and still have the same issue that Ive already paid for.

I originally thought this place was ok, until 2 weeks after my visit and my car was on the side of the road again!! This time I had to get my car towed again and I took it to a BETTER mechanic and they told me that my car was in worse condition because of faulty repair from this place!! Waste of $400.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for its professionalism and care for the customer.Was able to get my tire plugged on Labor Day when most of the places were closed. They opened for part of the day to at least help some customers. Way to look out for the customer.

Great Machanic who takes time to explains in details on whats going on with your vehicle. Hes is very efficient and reasonable.

I just left Thalia automotive. I had been there before for a tire that needed to be fixed. I believe he is the owner and lead mechanic of the shop informed me he could plug the damage but that it would more than likely need to be replaced. He was right. Two months down the line Ive come again just to replace that tire. Well turns out all the tires are showing cord and even about to blow out. I cant afford to replace all the tires. This wonderful gentlemen out of concern for my safety gave me two used tires he had and replaced my bad ones. Nowadays you dont expect this kind of decency and humanity from our fellow human beings but this gentleman exhibited the kind of care that we should all show to each other. He fixed what I asked to be fixed but went above and beyond by repairing my other problem. If you have automotive needs I implore you to come to Thalia automotive. Im not at all implying youll get free service but you will get honest, dependable service from a decent human being who will fix your car right. And the receptionist is equally wonderful and sympathetic. Thank you to the folks at Thalia automotive.

I am a return customer and have never left this shop disappointed. Repairs are made professionally and in a timely manner. I TRUSTthe owner to make a repair and not push unnecessary extra repairs on me. Do you want an auto shop that will not gouge you on repair costs and honest and dependable service? The staff are really nice and it seems like they have a pretty good customer following. My experience was just okay. I had them do some work so that I could pass inspection. They changed the brake pads but didnt offer to resurface rotors or rotate the rotors so my brakes squeak now. I brought my car back and the owner was really nice. He looked at my car and suggested I replace my rotors each time I replace my brakes and that will help alleviate the squeaking noise. However, I dont know that this is an industry recommendation and to be honest, I dont know anyone who replaces their rotors each time they replace their brake pads. It wouldnt hurt to do this but the life of the rotors is longer than the pads which is why you typically need to replace the pads more often. Additionally, as long as Ive ever owned a car, Ive never had to replace my rotors every time I replaced my pads and Ive had several mechanics work on my car. Im not sure if this was just a recommendation he gave to me but this one statement has me a little uneasy about going back to be honest. Also replaced the control arm related to steering. I have some noises coming from steering area and he attributed it to the part I purchased which could be true. I bought the part brand new from Auto Zone. Im not completely sure. He said that I could have a defective part or something. Thinking about buying a new part (better quality) and seeing if that helps the noise. Ill probably go get a second recommendation as well.

Honest and trustworthy. Whenever i hear someone complaining that they were taken advantage of by a mechanic , I immediately recommend them to Thalia automotive without reservation. Wayne the owner is professional, friendly and honest. I first met Mr. Wayne Jones (owner)several years ago. Priority Ford stated I needed brakes. I took my vehicle to Thalia automotive for the first time. Wayne looked at my pads, and showed me that i did not need brakes. He could have installed brakes and charged me since thats what I asked him to do. Instead he was honest with me and i have been his dedicated customer in all the years since that day.

I recently moved here from Florida about a year ago so I had to get my car inspected and needed wheel bearings brakes rotors the whole 9 yd these people are very friendly and nice its a family owned business and thats what I support they were very nice even after they fixed my car there was something else that went wrong with that my back tire I went back I was thinking I was going to have to pay for him to fix it but the owner fixed it with no problems and I really appreciate im a single mother of 5 children so every penny counts theyre very Reasonable with the prices And they also take their time with your car its not like they do it in an hour in your done no he make sure everything is done correctly and also he has warrantees on his products that he sells to you.
