From the first email contact through every phone call with Daniel, everything was first class and professional. Daniel was very patient and answered every question I had. Sent my Ball watch in for service and polishing, and received the repaired, polished watch back within days. Amazing turnaround. The watch works great and looks brand new like when I took it out of the box for the first time. Plan on having other watches serviced with them as well. 5 star service. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying that I have been collecting watches for over 10 years and have met many watchmakers along the way. Robin and Daniel are by far the best. They run a first class operation. They are highly knowledgeable about how to repair fine watches, whats going on in the industry, and the pluses and minuses of the different brands.Certainly they are worthy of my highest recommendation!

Just dropped off my Corum Admirals Cup. The watch is long overdue for servicing. Robin, the Owner, is extremely knowledgeable and is the ONLY AUTHORIZED Corum Service & Repair company in New York City. I have done a significant amount of checking and his reputation is sterling. These guys are really good! I found them on google searching to replace the battery of my watch. They voluntarily did a water proofing test and replaced my battery in 5 minutes. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommended not just for batteries but also to service expensive watches. The equipment they have in the lab is very impressive.
