Stay way from the brand. Customer service for watches is nonexistent. Covid is used as an excuse to not repair the watches that are under the warranty. Waste of money. My update is that because of this type of reviews they heard my frustration and sent me a new watch. I thanked specially Fadi Rajab and Eulides Rodriguez for all their consideration towards me as a customer.

Maria was really fun and helpful and shared my great enthusiasm for Swatches!! I enjoyed my shopping experience and will hopefully have many years of enjoyment with my new timepieces/works of art! I’ve shopped at all Manhattan Swatch stores and this is probably my favorite...the whole staff was great!!

Love this store. great watches for great prices. Service is really good. Interior is colorful and welcoming. Come here if you want to buy great watch for yourself or your loved ones. I bough two watches here for my family members, and so far they are working perfectly.

The employees at Swatch stores worldwide always impress me with their product knowledge, friendliness, and approachability, but Tabitha really offered me great service today. Came into the store on a rainy day just to browse and she immediately offered me a bag for my umbrella. She didnt pressure me to buy anything, told me about the new collections of watches, and gave me a replacement band loop for free when I told her mine had broken even though I didnt bring the watch in with me. Will definitely be back for future purchases and any questions I may have.

---- BEST SERVICE EVER -----The girl who helped me was Natalie. She was very nice. She helped me to fixed the broken bezel I had for free! And polished my watch for free! and gave me a battery for free!! What!?!I decided to buy a new leather band here because of her!!I had an amazing shopping experience there!!

Love this store. I have some watches of swatch and I really like it. It still works if you are swimming. That means that it works under water. I would suggest to get a new collection of swatch. Its not so fancy, but you gonna enjoy. Im gonna get some stuff from Swatch again.

I am temporarily working in NY while my watch stopped working. I went to this Swatch store where they replaced the battery for free and she also polished my watch. Coming home I realized the watch still wasnt working. I went back to Swatch to ask if they wanted to replace the battery again just to be sure that was the case. I was asked for my warranty which I hadnt, bought the watch in the UK and warranty back in the Netherlands. She consulted the manager, came back and said, I am going to give you a new watch.WOW! Without any doubt best service ever. I highly recommend Swatch for their great customer experience. Thanks a lot! You made me very happy.

I bought a watch in May 2018 and it fell and broke to pieces this past March. I went to this location with warranty, watch and complete packaging and was told specifically by the store manager, Erica via text message to one of the employees that it could not be exchanged because it was “wear and tear”. I worked for this company for over 3 years and when I would explain what the warranty covered to my customers, I would tell them it covered for two years, for any water or mechanism damage, so for the store manager to say that my watch that was broken to pieces was considered “wear and tear” was mind blowing. I’m very disappointed that a simple service couldn’t be completed. Meanwhile at the Times Square location they immediately agreed that I should get a new one considering the watch’s back piece, front piece and crown were all out of the watch.

Bad service!!I went there 3 times with a watch with the warrenty and they didnt help me they just changed the battery and said it worked because they monitered it for a few minutes and by the time i got back home it wasnt working.Very disappointed!!!!
