Had an old Bulova watch that needed new glass on the face, a polish, and a new crown. Arthur did an exceptional job and was able to turn it around in 4 days. Great watch repair and service.

I walked in on a lark from just being in the neighborhood and having been needing two watches adjusted and a battery replaced for over a week. Arthur was immediately warm and welcoming and utterly professional about making sure my watches would fit my very small wrists correctly. The price for the watch work and some shoe supplies Id been needing too came out to a very reasonable total. Will definitely be coming back in the future if I need repairs/adjustments for my watches and shoes!

Arthur is the best watchmaker I have ever known in my 70+ years+! Top notch service on my difficult watch, on which everything needed servicing, and ready when he said it would be, in a week. He is friendly, and goes out of his way to explain what needs to be done and answer questions. The prices are completely reasonable, and I very highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place for any repairs your watch needs, they truly are experts! I had two watches that needed to be fixed. One simply needed a new battery but the other required more labor. I’d taken the second watch to numerous watch repairmen and none of them were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong. I’d even taken it back to the place where I initially purchased it and their solution was to send it back to Movado (the manufacturer) and have them repair it for approximately $250 (which is ridiculous, may as well purchase a brand a new watch). Im glad I decided against that and remembered it was still in my bag as I was getting the battery replaced in the other watch. The repairmen fixed it in about 20min and was even able to remove most of the scratches so now it looks practically new! AND on top of being experts they’re also very polite and professional which is a huge plus.

They can fix it all, I took my watch all over the city and no one knew how to fix it, I took it to Artistic Watch repair and in 2 min they knew what was wrong with the watch. Excellent service.

Arthur was a very courteous professional and service. Unbelievably efficient and fast I didnt even pay for parking and managed to get out without getting a parking report. I highly recommend anyone who needs to fix or shorten the watch like me

Arthur was amazing! He fixed my extremely old and very delicate gold Omega watch and restored it. It looks even better than before. I had gone to a few other watch repair shops that told me it was not fixable - but Arthur fixed it for a reasonable price in a very timely manner. He is a pro.

What a gem of the upper east side. Last minute needed my watch fixed and Arthur and his colleague took me in first thing in the morning and replaced battery and set time immediately. I’ll be taking my husbands shoes here next. Great staff.
