The unexpected situation with the Covid19 pandemic turned my home into the command center for my children, their spouses and the grandchildren. I knew I had issues with my internet but since I was the only using it was not a big deal. Now with the kids streaming videos on their tablets, laptops being used for work and school and more cellphones on the network, the internet service got real bad real fast. A friend recommended PC Expert Solutions and explained all the work they had done for her remotely and how her network issues had been resolved. I got in touch with PC Expert Solutions, they remote into my computer and evaluated my network. They suggested the purchase of a new more powerful router which I purchased online. Once delivered I was walked through the simple process of connecting a few antennas, connecting the power cord and a network cable (that wasn’t to difficult) they then remotely setup the new wireless networks and configured my devices to work on the new network.
